This place exceeded my expectations. We were just in town to go fishing but we're surprised by the clean and comfy accommodations. Their detail to welcoming us was exceptional. Some examples include the dog bed and welcome basket for him, a complete coffee station, couch blanket and pillows, NETFLIX, and the list goes on. Thank you and we will be back.

Very quiet neighborhood, close to Hansen Hills for skiing, close enough to town to make access to restaurants and shops easy. Comfortable space, nice to have decent knives, pots and pans. Very roomy!

We could not have asked for a better location and accommodations for 4 adults and 2 children on our first family vacation. The house is located just off the road on a peaceful and quiet very large lot. The bedding was so comfortable making for very restful nights. We had easy access to multiple beaches, restaurants playgrounds and wineries. When we chose to buy local fish and cook at home we found the kitchen well apportioned and stocked. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this little piece of heaven in Leland. PS: we enjoyed our daily visit with her chickens and she was generous to share the most delicious eggs. We were spoiled by everything this place has to offer.

Great location to walk into town, well equipped kitchen and appreciated having coffee provided Plenty of linens for everyone as well.

This was a perfect spot for what we needed. It was comfy and close to where we were working.

Mathew’s place was wonderful and it was so close to the lifts… we loved his cozy slope side chalet! We will definitely book again in the future!

Timothy was an excellent host. He was very responsive to my initial questions as someone who is newer to renting an AirBnB and was quick to help when I called about an issue with one of the smoke alarms on arrival (extremely minor, just a faulty battery, but I wanted to make sure to ask before deactivating it). Overall a nice place to stay, I would definitely return in the future!

Walk out basement to the few steps to get to the beach area. Well stocked kitchen. Recommend bringing your own water if desired ( well water I believe) . Beautiful sunsets. Game room was fun .. bring quarters to play though . Highly recommend

We have stayed at Timber Valley multiple times as a family and it is always a yearly highlight getaway for us. Kristi's place is very cozy and inviting especially being surrounded by the woods and nature. The house is the perfect size for our family of six and we have even had additional family stay with is in the past with more than enough room to accommodate our needs. Kristi is always responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns that come up. You can't go wrong with a stay at Timber Valley!

Clint was very helpful from start to finish. The place was very beautiful. I would recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing getaway! The Airbnb was stocked and very clean. I can’t wait to come back again!

Sunset Glory has been our "go-to" ski weekend rental for years! We Love the apartment and being right in town and so close to the Highlands!

My 4 kids, husband and I have been coming to Shanty creek resorts for over 10 years. This is the first time we stayed somewhere other than the resort hotels. We enjoyed we were able to bring our dog on this trip, we had a kitchenette, and we did more in the area because we had to drive ourselves. This gave us a chance to explore and save more money. By staying in a place more reasonable than the hotel and we were able to cook ourselves and didn't have the added expense of a dog sitter. 4girls sharing one bathroom worked out better than I thought. Not only was this peaceful gem just like the listing. BUT the record collection and books are AWESOME!!!! The pet friendly fenced in back yard was spacious and well lit for our Great Dane puppy to run a frolic to her little hearts content. Cant build build a fire?(even though there was ample wood supplied)?? There’s a gas table top fire.. don’t feel like going out??? I made a homemade breakfast pizza and had all the cooking utensils I needed… I felt soo at home and at peace. And enjoyed a trip to Petosky and POND HILL FARM and the tunnel of trees. I JUST need to know one thing??? How much is rent, and when can I move in??

Best dog friendly Airbnb we have ever been. Perfect location right between sleeping bear dunes and traverse city. The house and yard beautiful. The moment you walk in, you can tell right away that they put a lot of thoughts together to make our stay welcoming. We prepare everything for our pup but they already have everything for us. Even towel for his sandy paws after the hike. Place is extremely clean. The host provide us all the recommendations from winery, food recs, and more. We’ll definitely be back again. There’s no other place we want to stay if we’ll be in town again. Thank you very much

Had a great stay at Cory's. Very private and quiet area but close to a great coffee shop, brewery, restaurant, and ice cream shop in Lake Ann. The "water closets" were unique, but they were needed so we didn't all have to fight for the main bath room and shower, which are dated but work fine. There was plenty of space for 5 of us and a dog. Cory was sure to have the box fan and screen in the 3rd bedroom for us which we definitely needed with no air-conditioning in the bedrooms. We would stay here again.

Stayed here with some friends for a few days. This cabin was absolutely beautiful. Carefully curated and designed, yet clean and peaceful. Used the fire pit outside every night! Probably worth noting that there is only one shower, but it wasn’t a problem for us. The team was super helpful and had everything ready to go. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils and tools you could need. We adventured out most of the time, but we definitely could’ve spent a whole day just hanging out there.

The house was in a great location, walkable to Suttons bay but out of the mix as well. We loved the private beach and views from the living room. Communication with fast and easy. Worth it to note that there is only one AC. They did have a bunch of large fans, we just hit a hot week there sleeping wise.

Great little place will return and recommend
