This boutique tiny home is situated in the picturesque Upper Valley of Vermont. The nearly 50 acres of private land is equal parts woods and water. You will wake to the mooing of dairy cows. Have your coffee on the porch while watching birds dive for their breakfast on the pond. Inside you will find every modern amenity. A fully appointed chef's kitchen. A living area filled with comfy furnishings and a cozy fireplace. Upstairs is a queen bedroom with an ensuite double showered bathroom. Heaven!

My place is more like a tree house next to a lake with a foundation making it an house. Warm, inviting and updated 1950s lake house with 100+ feet of private Lake WInona frontage, private sandy beach and lake and foothills views. 3 Beds. Kitchen opens to the living and dining area. Loads of cool places to hang out, look out, and read. BBQ on the awesome deck off of the the main house above the beach or the patio at the waters edge. Great light, privacy, charm and space. Perfect for families.

Historic Stone Cottage

Summer is in full swing here in the Lakes Region! Both Squam and Winnipesaukee minutes away - vistas to enjoy the season all around. The cottage sleeps two but can accommodate an additional two on a comfortable sleeper couch. We even have room to park your boat and trailer! The stone building, a 1920s gatekeeper’s cottage, is part of a Gilded Age estate, and is lovingly restored to meet your needs in comfort, including a full kitchen, bath and geothermal central heat and a/c.
