Private retreat on 45 acres, 5 miles from major highway. Salmon river 20 mins drive, snowmobile trails across the road. Private cozy cabin, queen size bed and futon. This is all one area with a private bathroom. Bathroom has full size shower, kitchen area a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and inside grill. Tea, coffee, water provided. BBQ on the front porch. Woodland trails, wildlife and privacy. No smoking or vaping in the cabin. Perfect for retreats or just being able to relax and breathe

Enjoy nearby Lake Ontario beaches, shopping, sightseeing and the ATV trail borders the property. Great for couples, solo/multi adventurers, and kids who could use a farm experience!

Cozy Cabin near Salmon River Falls

Located near Salmon River Falls, Fish Hatchery, Salmon River and Reservoir. Easy access to Salmon and Steelhead fishing, ATV trails and Snowmobile trails. Video tour can be found at YouTube. The Mexico Point Farmhouse is a perfect getaway just 2 minutes from the Mexico Point State Park, Public Boat Launch and beach. Directly across from the Marina's where almost all of the Lake Ontario fishing charters dock and just a 5 minute drive from multiple state parks with kayaking, fishing, ATV trails hiking and more. Just a short drive from the world famous Salmon River for the Fall Salmon run and with many options for snowmobile trails in winter. Enjoy the outdoors in style!

Drive 200 yards across the Route 3 Bridge to hop on the snowmobile trails or hike Selkirk State Park, or a few miles north to find yourself golfing near Sandy Pond.

Stars and Sage Farm Hippie Hideaway

Living off the grid in a cozy cabin surrounded by nature sounds like a unique and peaceful experience. The addition of chickens, geese and a beekeeping experience adds to the charm of the stay. This is a small Hobbie Farm with a cute rustic cabin with a compost toilet and a mini woodstove. Nestled in its own little yard wildlife may be about. Deer , fox, even little mice and bunnies scurry about. We want our guests to understand this is a rustic listing with an off grid menu.
