This Air BnB was wonderful! The atmosphere was peaceful and the lake was gorgeous! The condo was clean and spotless. Carrie was responsive and helpful! 10/10 place!

What an incredible location! So peaceful and calm. We were looking for a bottom floor rental so that my father in law did not have to climb any stairs and this condo fit the bill. What an added bonus that it put us right on the water! My husband had to work some and he enjoyed working on the back balcony, saying it kept his work stress down. The decor of the condo is beautiful and welcoming, and we found everything we needed and easily accessible. The beds were comfortable, although the small queen did move a lot. But there were plenty of blankets and extra pillows available. We did have issues with the TVs connecting to wifi. Christopher was incredibly responsive with trying to get the issues taken care of. He sent, Jessica to fix it and she was super sweet and helpful. While they were able to get the living room tv to work, the bedrooms did not. However, this was a small inconvenience. We will definitely come back to stay appreciated the wonderful relaxing stay we had.

Enjoyed our stay at Kim’s place. Right on the water, very peaceful and tranquil. Close to golf and the Balboa beach and marina. Would definitely stay again.

We love this condo on the lake!! The views are perfect with a large sliding door and window. The place was stocked perfectly. The linens and towels are amazing! Highly recommend!!

had a wonderful weekend get away. Unit was recently remodeled top to bottom with a lot of attention paid to the small details which makes a huge difference. Very, cozy, warm and inviting with all of the amenities provided, including coffee. We went for want of nothing. I would book this unit again.

We have stayed in many Airbnb rentals and I can tell you we have had really great experiences. However, this one truly is one that will surpass all expectations once you arrive! The photos on the listing are beautiful but we were stunned by how breathtakingly gorgeous the home was! In its entirety, truly beautiful! So much more so than you can tell from the photos! Wonderful hosts, transparent and available for any need. If it tells you anything, we’re already looking at dates to return soon. Thank you again for sharing your home with our family. Kristin and her family’s home was just outstanding. The view was beautiful, the home looked just like the photos, and it was just overall a wonderful place to spend the weekend for my sister’s birthday. We are cookers and let me tell you — the kitchen is more than well equiped. Just bring your seasonings and food. They have literally everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. There was someone in every room and everyone was please with the sleep quality. We truly enjoyed ourselves. I love the amount pf natural light as well. I was born and raised in Arkansas. My family loves meeting up yearly to do fishing trips, cook outs, etc. This will be our spot for as long as it’s available until we finally purchase a vacation home. Looking forward to our return.

This place was such a wonderful, peaceful place with a relaxing view of the water from the porch or the option of sitting on the deck at the water or waterside on the patio was so nice. The house was very clean and comfortable. Easy to access and the hosts were very responsive. It was only 10-20 mins away from just about anything you’d like to do around Hot Springs. Thanks for sharing your beautiful, quaint lake house with us!

My husband and I, along with 2 other couples, enjoyed our stay at Julie and Rory’s place. Everything went smoothly and we felt right at home. Any help or questions we had, they were happy to assist and went beyond our expectations. You will love this place and the atmosphere is exactly what we wanted in a weekend get away. We had rented this place and it was one of the best location to spend a quality time with family. The view was amazing and most importantly Russ was very responsive when i had some questions. I have already recommended to some of my friends and would recommend for anyone. Might even plan to reserve again.

What can I say that hasn't already been said. Gary and Angie were awesome hosts. Very friendly and fast responding. The condo was so beautiful inside and out. The sunrise in the morning was breathtaking. My son is already bugging us to go back LOL, so I would say mission accomplished. Amy‘s place felt very private, quiet and away from the hustle bustle. When you walk in the front door, your jaw will drop at the amazing lake view out the expansive back window and sliding glass doors! Great deck with comfy seating and steps down to the boardwalk where you can sit and dangle your feet in the water! Couldn’t have been a more perfect set up 😊

Nice place, clean, easy communication with the host. Great lake views, close proximity to Kroger and the restaurants. WIFI is good enough to check emails, weather, etc. Kitchen equipped properly if you need to cook. AC and appliances are in a great shape.

We loved our stay for spring break! The view was lovely across two spans of Lake Hamilton. The condo is spacious and so fun! Live plants and party lights! It’s clear there is a lot of thoughtfulness and care given to make guest experiences unique. Elizabeth and Dan provided local information and recommendations that we jumped on! It was our first time in Arkansas and without a doubt we picked the right place and the right hosts. Highly recommend!
