It is duck and hunting season and always time for fishing or just visiting family or friends! Relax in a quiet neighborhood, just a minute from the boat ramp, where you can catch some of the fish Millwood is famous for or haul in your limit of ducks! We have plenty of room for boat and truck parking, and water and electricity for keeping everything charged and ready to go! When you are finished fishing for the day we have a fish cleaning station. Finish the day with a warm fire and comfy bed!

We offer the best of town and country -- we are located in city limits for quick access to shops and restaurants, and other than our personal residence on the property, there are no neighbors in sight.

Please note that this property is close to the interstate thus resulting in traffic noise. Also, No cable TV in the home. Smart TVs are located in the living room and game room.
