CasparCottage. is a charming quiet nicely appointed cottage that we built on our 5 private acres 3 miles from the ocean and 10 minutes from Mendocino or Fort Bragg. Walk to the WATERFALL in the Russian Gulch State Park from the cottage. We are at the eastern edge of the park. We've been sharing our cottage with guests for many years and have many guests that return year after year. It's a perfect place for a honeymoon, anniversary, special occasion or quiet retreat. We provide breakfast goodies!

The cottage includes a queen bedroom, bath tub & shower, kitchen, living room, deck with lounge chairs & BBQ, and on-property hammock, gardens, meadows & forests. Guests love the lush surroundings, peace & quiet-- an ideal retreat. Family- and LGBT-friendly.

6 acre Ocean Bluff Cottage -Dog friendly & EV

A rare and spiritual healing place with stunning oceanfront views from a 6-acre bluff paradise. Watch whales and bald eagles from the hot tub. The cottage is heated by propane and also has a wood burning stove. We offer the option of wine, flowers, rose petals on bed and balloons for wedding proposals, anniversaries, birthdays etc - ask for our price list. We are pet friendly and charge an additional $25 a day per pet up to 3 pets. There is a home 100 ft away that shares the 6 acres. No TV.

Private cottage has ocean view, and is just across the road from Caspar Headlands State Park. Enter through private gate into your own garden with outdoor seating. Inside the cottage, there is a kitchen with stove, microwave and fridge, a cozy gas fireplace, free wifi and t.v. with Roku, comfy queen bed with new mattress and quality bedding, tile floor, skylights, full bath with claw foot tub, artistic and period details. From the cottage, walk to the beach, or 5 minute drive to Mendocino.

This home offers stunning sunsets from the deck and bright coastal stars from the large hot tub. 6 adults max (8 total guests) will enjoy the 2 large bedrooms and one fun bunk room that sleeps 4 children. The house sports air hockey, cornhole, and other games for family fun. You can explore the coast, walk the bluffs and enjoy the Sea Ranch community pools, tennis courts and saunas.

Whether you are nature lovers, riders, or want a quiet personal or romantic retreat, our place is ideal. Walking, hiking, biking trails abound right from the property. Tucked into a magnificent redwood forest the cottage has a gas fireplace, reading chair, futon couch, good lighting, desk, and dining table. The kitchen contains basic staples, including teas and fresh organic eggs from our hens. A large claw-foot tub is in the bathroom and a shower is on the secluded west facing deck.

Get away from the crowds. Set back off the road but close to the beach. Great views all round with the ocean, mountains and meadows with cows quietly grazing. Come star gaze from the private hot tub on the back deck. Close to a well stocked local store, Point Arena is a 10 min drive to coffee shops and restaurants. You’ll love the house because of the outdoors space, beautiful gardens and the cool, clean ocean weather. It's really nice to cozy up to the gas fireplace on a foggy day.

The cabin is just one mile from the beach and a few minutes drive from downtown and its numerous restaurants and galleries. Also just a few minutes drive are the Skunk Train, Glass Beach, the Noyo Headlands Park and Coastal Trail, MacKerricher State Park and Pudding Creek Beach.
