The Music Room - a luxurious, rural retreat

Stunning, newly renovated property surrounded by the historic Fawsley Estate. Fawsley Hall hotel is a short walk away. Crockwell Farm is 7 miles and Silverstone Circuit is just a 30 minute drive. The Music Room is a unique detached stone cottage next to our family home that combines quirky character with luxurious contemporary living. Just refurbished to provide a huge apartment with brand new kingsize bed, kitchen, bathroom , Superfast Wifi desk, printer, TV and piano! Looking out over beautiful countryside and magical deerpark, many good pub walks on the doorstep! There is a dedicated garden with dining area, tours of the private gardens available on request. Close by to Daventry, Silverstone , Rugby and Towcester and Banbury - M1 and M40 both easily accessible. Can be booked with next door Deerpark Barn for group trips.

Beautiful Thatched Cottage Annex with Piano

Beautiful thatched cottage annex with ensuite bedroom and living room/snug with an old piano. There is a shop, pub, park and walks such as The Jurassic Way. There is a daily bus service to Banbury and Daventry and from Banbury there is a train service for Oxford, London and Birmingham. Shakspeare's Stratford Upon Avon, Cropredy Festival and Silverstone are a short drive away. There is a plaque on the village hall to commemorate singer/songwriter Sandy Denny from the band Fairport Convention.

Ivydene Studio

This unique place has a style all its own. A self contained studio with a kingsize bed, kitchen and dining area and separate shower and toilet. Located in Weedon and close to Silverstone, Northampton and the many beautiful surrounding villages. With good transport links the studio has lots of places to explore, The Grand Union canal is metres away from the property. “Studio” is located in the popular Village of Weedon and owned by the Ward family. We look forward to welcoming you for your stay.

The Blue Barn

A delightful 17th Century barn, sitting in the heart of the village of Kislingbury. It is in a secluded position, located at the end of a private gravel drive, which provides off road parking. The barn has recently been converted to an exceptionally high standard. The Sun Pub and Cromwell Cottage are within walking distance. Kislingbury is near to the M1 and Silverstone Circuit. It is an ideal base to visit the Cotswolds, Oxford, Cambridge, and only 50 minutes to central London by fast train.

Hunters Lodge Warwickshire

Private area for you to relax and unwind enjoy the stunning views across miles of unspoilt countryside but few miles from shops and amenities. Fantastic farm shop walking distance. Off road foot paths and bridleways! relax in tranquility!! All the rustic charm with the quality of a hotel stay. Can accommodate well behaved dogs or bring a horse!! With room to pitch a tent too (extra) I live onsite in Farm house so can help as much or as little required! Hot tub lite on arrival extra cost.

The Annexe Newnham, Nr Daventry, Northamptonshire

A comfortable deluxe self-contained studio in the village of Newnham. The apartment consists of a large open plan studio with a Super King size bed which can convert to two singles, a television (Freeview), a sofa, a fridge, tea (an extensive choice) & coffee facilities, Nespresso machine. There is also a Breakfast table. Upstairs there is a dedicated work area that can be used as a dressing room. By arrangement, an extra bed can be made up in this room. Plenty of books and games provided.

Rural Retreat with hot tub and bar area

Badby Lodge is a beautifully renovated annexe nestled in 6 acres of beautiful grounds. The property has 2 double bedrooms, one with king size bed and one with a double, both with en-suites. This property provides the perfect retreat for a max of four people. Outside there’s a very large pond (practically a lake!), menage and stables. There’s also a Bar area and large private Hot Tub that you will have sole use of. If you are a rider you may bring your horse for a small additional fee.

The Studio

The Studio is a light, bright and airy space, stylishly decorated in calm, neutral colours. Located on a quiet residential road, just around the corner from the local pub (The Maltsters) in the pretty village of Badby, famous for its stunning bluebell woods and beautiful walks. The Studio is ideally located near several wedding venues. Nearby Fawsley Hall is a great place to visit for afternoon tea or to relax in their award winning spa. Silverstone Circuit is less than half an hour away.

Field View is a one bedroom self catering tiny home set in a rural location on the edge of Badby village with views of farmland. Created in 2023 Field View benefits from the latest features including an induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle toaster, SMART TV, sofa, breakfast table and chairs, en-suite shower room and under floor heating. Bi-fold doors open out to a patio area providing stunning views of farmland. The property features secure off road parking.
