It is 2 blocks to Lititz square, close to rail-to-trail from Lititz to Ephrata, large windows, heart of Amish country and close to Lancaster city. Enjoy park views & comfy charm!

The cottage is located on the property of an 1860's Farmhouse with lots of character and charm. In the spring and summer enjoy the beautiful flower gardens on the property. Enjoy relaxing on the covered patio and take in the views of the surrounding farmland. A short 5 minute drive will take you downtown for shopping, restaurants, Wilbur Chocolate, Lititz Springs Park and more!

Lititz Family Friendly Apt by the Hammer Creek

We are located in the country along the Hammer Creek about 3 miles northeast of the charming town of Lititz and are approximately 30 minutes from the major Lancaster County attractions. This is a beautiful family friendly home with a private entrance which nicely accommodates four people. The entire apartment is approximately 1100 square feet. The property consists of a large outdoor area by a pond and creek with a picnic area that you are welcome to use. WiFi and a smart TV are provided.

We are ready to accommodate large groups with a full kitchen and room in the upstairs loft for extra inflatable mattresses and sleeping bags. We are 10 min from Lititz, 10 min from downtown Lancaster, 10 min from Spooky Nook, 20 min from Tanger Outlets, 20 min from American Music Theatre, and 20 min from Sight & Sound. We are next to a horse farm where you can relax before sight-seeing. There is a separate entrance to this private 800 square foot lower level suite, so come and go as you want. It is perfect for couples looking to enjoy Lancaster County. There is a spacious bathroom and 2 queen beds with plenty of room to relax.

FYI -If you are bringing your pet, the fee is $5 per night for extra cleaning .We love longer stays and offer a 5% discount for 7 days and 10% for 30 days! Come relax and enjoy the view!

Historic 1813 Guest Suite - Downtown Lititz

This historical guest suite is within a house built in 1813, and is just a few blocks from the many shops and restaurants for which Lititz is known. The guest suite has its own entrance. The space consists of a bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom with corner shower and built in cabinetry, and an efficiency kitchen (mini refrigerator with freezer, sink, counter top area, cabinets, toaster, Keurig, and table for two).

Swallow Cottage Private Suite

While located on a private country spot, we are a walk, bike ride, or short drive to the charming town center of LItitz, Pa. While we welcome well behaved dogs, so long as they are neutered or spayed, we cannot accommodate cats. Please don’t forget to list your dog in your reservation if you are bringing one. Infants are welcome if they are not yet walking. We can provide a pack and play.
