Lovely place, nice people. Fenced area around the hot tub was great for the dog Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Tara’s Cottage. It was clean, cosy and the views from the hot tub were superb! Darragh was an excellent host providing info and he quickly responded to msgs. Would definitely recommend this spot for a few nights away :-)

Tosses cottage was an amazing stay and Colleen was the perfect host! We had everything we could need and all the birthday touches were so sweet. The location is beautiful and private and the hot tub was fab. We wish we could have stayed longer and will 100% be back and will recommend this to our family and friends

A lovely warm welcoming place to stay. Mike had so many personal touches to make you feel at home. The artwork and the garden around the house was beautiful with so much to see. A short drive to great hikes in the Mourne mountains. And with the hot tub and the film projector there was plenty to do in the evenings.

Had a lovely relaxing two night stay at Wildthorn Cottage. Exactly as listed and would not hesitate to recommend and come back! Spotlessly clean, private and very pretty. Hot tub is great and beautifully peaceful. Thank you for having us and for the treats!

Elsie’s Cottage is a nice and relaxing place to stay. Check in was very easy and seamless. Yvonne gave us all of the information we needed and even communicated everything we needed to know prior to our arrival. The hot tub is a great addition!

We had a lovely stay at the gate house. It was beautiful, clean and very tidy. The hot tub was an added bonus which we thoroughly enjoyed with the beautiful sunset. We also had a very warm welcome from Chris and Hannah. Highly recommend and we will be back ! 🤩🤩

Beautiful cottage. Cosy, clean and comfy with everything you need for a comfortable stay and the garden was perfect. Lovely wee village with shops, pubs and restaurants but still feeling very much in the country.

Lovely stay with the family. Felt very homely and had everything catered for. Steen was super responsive and even allowed us to stay a bit longer due to the weather forecast. Thankyou for enabling a great week with the family.

The cottage was excellent in every way. Well-fitted out and spotless. John and Roberta were responsive, engaging hosts. A month was well spent, indeed. We could recommend the cottage without hesitation!

what a find, absolutely stunning cottage in an excellent peaceful location with the resident donkeys lol...what a gem of a place and so so peaceful. Paula is a genuine host who cares passionately about her cottage and her guests, and is very genuine when dealing with her guests.. This cottage is cosy and comfortable and extremely well equipped with everything you need for a stay with generous supplies of toiletries and foodstuffs. it's a peaceful location but with easy access to the coast and mountains and with beautiful views in all directions. Great place to stay to visit the Mourne mountains and the coastal towns and villages, recommended. Great Fish restaurant in DUndrum called Mourne Fish bar, fish and chips in Annalong eaten on the beach couldn't be beaten!! Murlough beach and nature reserve and a wander round Rostover also good trips out.

Exceeded our expectations for sure. Enjoyed every minute. Host went out of her way to meet with us. Cottage did not lack anything. Area was quite and in the middle of nature.

Idyllic...great cottage with excellent amenities. Everything was as described in the listing. Very comfortable beds and excellently equipped kitchen. lovely touch is the welcome treats left for guests. This was a repeat visit for me and I will be back again. Great host.

We had the best holiday at Rose Cottage! The house is so quaint and the surroundings are beautiful. Home from home! We couldn’t fault the house at all. Maureen was the perfect host and went above and beyond to ensure we had such a fabulous time. We spent a week there but definitely could have stayed longer. We will be back!

We have had the most amazing time at The Beach Shack after spending 4 nights there. We are a family of 7…2 adults and 5 children ranging from 5 to 15 years old. When we arrived, check in was simple, the cottage was clean, decorated beautifully and had the most gorgeous tray bakes waiting with instructions/guidance on everything we needed to know about the cottage and surrounding area. The views were stunning with the beach right on the door step and P&O ferries passing by regularly. Apart from spending a lot of time on the beach, we walked the path to Blackhead Lighthouse (in Whitehead), visited Portmuck and on the rainy day we went for lunch at Josh Mac’s in Carrickfergus and then to the cinema. The local Rinkha’s ice cream was also good to try! Natasha was always available when I needed questions answered and always responded promptly. We had a very enjoyable trip and hope to be back again soon. We really have had a super time! Thank you 🤩

Kevin’s place was perfect for getting to various places in and around Armagh. His cottage is perfectly equipped with everything you would need. Perfect for short or long stays. We had 3 people and Kevin’s cottage suited us perfectly and loved that there were 2 fully equipped washrooms. Kevin was a fantastic host. Very responsive and proactively asking if you have everything you need. Loved our stay at Kevin’s cottage. Would definitely stay there again.

I stayed at this lovely cottage for 10 days and absolutely loved the atmosphere. The place is peaceful, charming, and felt like a real home away from home. The hosts were very polite, welcoming, and always up for a friendly chat, which made the experience even better. I brought my dog along, and it couldn’t have been more perfect for us. The garden is secure, which gave me real peace of mind, and I was able to safely leave him alone when needed. The resident dog is also an absolute sweethear, and a lovely companion around the property. Parking might look tight at first glance, but I was able to comfortably fit my Toyota Hilux and still close the gate, perfect for those doggy clean-downs after walks. All in all, a fantastic stay. I really appreciated the warm hospitality and dog friendly setup. Already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

A wonderful retreat for a young couple’s first weekend away, the sauna, cold bath, stained glass window and projector were lovely touches that really added to the atmosphere. Kathy was kind and approachable and the place was in great condition. It is extremely well situated, very close to great hiking routes including the granite trail we did, the beach, and local restaurants (we found O’Hares a fabulous spot for dinner and great pints of Guinness). While some additional cutlery, cooking pots, scissors, tongs etc would be useful in future, with the hot water on the bath not currently working- overall this was a minor point amid a fantastic experience that served as a real highlight for our relationship to date- We would love to return for our anniversary in future. Thank you for so much for having us and we look forward to returning!

we are just back from another stay in Holly mount Cottage. we loved every minute of it again. my daughter just loves it here and the 'park' outside as she calls it. cottage has everything you need. beautiful surrounds and close to some amazing things to do and see, especially in Newcastle!

Wow, truly blown away by how beautiful and tranquil this gem of a place was. 10/10 across the board. Amazing amenities, photos don't do it justice. We truly fell in love with this cottage, wish we could stay longer, definitely coming back and staying longer. Great host with excellent communication and quick response. Can't recommend enough. An amazing, charming cottage with beautiful views, lovely decorations and comfortable furniture. We especially love the open fire. Sandra and Ivor are very communicative, friendly, and very responsive with any questions we had for recommendations in the area. We absolutely loved our stay at Red Pump Cottage and hope to be back in the future!
