Our small 18th century barn is the converted village forge and is perfect for any time of year - a cosy winter break by the wood burner or summer outdoors in the private cottage garden. We're in a central village location, in a forgotten quiet part of Suffolk known as The Saints. Surrounded by beautiful walking and cycling countryside, yet only 15 miles from Suffolk's best beaches and Southwold. The barn shows it's heritage with beams and vaulted ceilings, yet has a modern open plan layout.

“The Elms Shepherds Hut”

Our beautiful little shepherds hut is ready for letting. Get away from it all and stay under the stars deep in the Suffolk countryside. Our Shepherds hut is situated in the corner of our field surrounded by hedging and stunning views. If you’re a keen cyclist there’s many different routes in the area as well as many footpaths for avid ramblers. If star gazing is your thing then we can promise you we are not affected by light pollution and if you’re lucky you’ll hear our resident owls too.

The cottage is in 3 acres of grounds comprising woodland, a meadow, a large pond - ideal for attracting wildlife - dark skies for stargazing and the sound of birds all around making the cottage perfect for a tranquil holiday.

Forest lodge-style self-contained cabin with one bedroom and open plan living space & kitchen. Set on a quiet country lane in a large garden in the countryside, 7 miles from the picturesque seaside town of Southwold and 1 mile from the charming market town of Halesworth. The Cabin is a timber building constructed from reclaimed and sustainable materials and heated by a cosy log burner. Situated deep in the Suffolk countryside, The Carter's Loft is a beautifully presented studio bursting with charm. The popular local pub (White Horse) offers good food and local beer. There are numerous footpaths on the doorstep, a community cafe selling homemade cakes and refreshments (open 10.30 - 12.30 Wed - Thurs, occasional Sundays and some super evening events) plus our local vineyard. We are close to historic Framlingham and within easy reach of the heritage coast.

We're back after a 12-month break to host a perfect dog friendly, secluded, rural hideaway with private parking and separate entrance, positioned next to the historic WW2 Metfield Airfields, in the beautiful Suffolk countryside. The accommodation has a double bed, wood burner, seating area, dining table and 2 chairs, kitchen and bathroom. The 4 acre grounds are secure so dogs can roam free. Please note the property is a separate building, adjacent to the main house.
