This is a nice,clean ranch in a safe location in east Cedar Rapids, 10 min from downtown. This is a larger room with a full bed, couch, desk/table, small refrigerator, 32” smart tv, internet, fireplace and a private entrance. You are welcome to use the bathrooms, kitchen, front & back porches. We live here and do have a cat. We offer 10% discount on weekly stays & 30% discount on monthly stays! Don't get me wrong, there are a lot of things you could potentially do: feed chickens, sit by the fire, watch the sunset, go walking, binge watch something on your own TV in your modern platform bed with 100% cotton sheets..... but we know some of you just need good quality sleep between the stuff and more stuff you are up to.

This unique place has a style all its own. This is the last residential Quonset hut in Cedar Rapids! Fully gutted and rehabbed in 2023, it features reclaimed cedar ship lap that lines the interior of the domed structure. This one bedroom home sleeps 4 comfortably with a king mattress in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa with chase in the living room. Very spacious bathroom, fully functional kitchen, laundry room, front patio, and workspace in the bedroom. This house is one of a kind!
