Lovely villa and breath taking views. The highlight was the pool area. Giannis was a brilliant host, check-in and out was very smooth and he was very responsive to our questions via Wattsapp. Maritsa village was a special find. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars, but filled with locals rather than tourists. We found a great bar five mins from the villa called Alonia. The owner and the bar lady were really friendly, couldn't do enough for us. Highly recommend.

Wir haben 2 Wochen in diesem kleinen Haus eine wundervolle Zeit verbracht. Die Ruhe, die Natur, die Abgeschiedenheit von z.B. lauten Hotels, wir haben es sehr genossen! Auch die Tiere, Katzen und Ziegen haben uns viel Spaß gemacht. Am Anreisetag haben wir uns mit den Vermietern getroffen, mit einem Link von Google Maps kein Problem, und sie haben uns zum Haus geführt und uns alles gezeigt und hatten sogar schon Wasser, Kaffee, einen Obstkorb und Wein für uns bereit gestellt. Sogar Toilettenpapier, Duschgel und Waschmittel stand bereit, man fühlt sich gleich zu Hause. Das Haus war blitzsauber und alles sah aus wie neu! Sehr gepflegt. Es gab ausreichend tolle Handtücher und Bettwäsche und das Bett war sehr bequem. Wenn man keine Lust hatte, die 10 Minuten zum Strand zu laufen, konnte man sich herrlich im Whirlpool erfrischen, ein Traum. Die Außendusche habe ich gerne genutzt, wo kann man schon unter einem Sternenhimmel duschen? Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Vielen Dank für die Zeit!

Matina & George sind sehr gute und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war schnell und zuverlässig. Sie haben sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert und uns sofort geholfen. Auch der persönliche Kontakt vor Ort war super und reibungslos. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr sicher und wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist modern, sauber und bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Pool und die ruhige, naturbelassene Lage waren ein absolutes Highlight. Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Urlaub und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Efcharistó ♥️🇬🇷

Tina is a brilliant host - always on hand to offer advice and recommendations to make your stay special. Lots of lovely welcoming touches , such as a well stocked fridge and a series of home made treats. Great attention to detail - the villa was spotlessly clean on arrival with lots of useful items often missing in other lets - loads of utensils, cleaning stuff, and pantry essentials etc, basically everything you need to feel at home and to let you start enjoying your holiday from the start . The Villa is in a good location , on a quiet hillside about a 10 minute drive to the coast and all the shops and restaurants at Faliraki. You’d need a car or scooter to make the most of the location and to explore the island . Would definitely recommend.

Staying at Maria's villa is a model example of Greek hospitality; the hosts are very polite and friendly, and the fridge and pantry are full of food, and from the wonderful garden, you can pick as much fruit, nuts, and herbs as you like. The villa itself is spacious and luminous. The kitchen and bathroom are a little worn but clean. The place is ideal for families with children; in addition to its own, safe garden, the place is equipped with a variety of children's accessories and toys. Cat lovers, too, will surely like the place.

Great communication with the host and met on arrival. As described in a great position with the beach across the road, we had a car and found parking easy each day. The house was extremely well equipped with everything you may need for your stay and spotlessly clean. Lovely terrace at the front we enjoyed sitting out with morning coffee and late night drinks. We had a lovely time the resort itself Is charming with some lovely restaurants overlooking the beach and would highly recommend the accommodation and the area for a Relaxing beach stay.

La maison, véritable havre de paix au décor soigné, a enchanté trois générations – deux bébés, leurs parents et grands-parents. Nous avons tous profité du calme (malgré le passage occasionnel des avions), de l’emplacement idéal pour explorer toute l’île, ainsi que de la vue imprenable sur la mer et les îles. Le logement était parfaitement équipé, et Argy nous a accueillis chaleureusement, comme des rois. Un grand merci pour tout !

Wir haben uns sehr spontan für Kitesurfurlaub auf Fanes entschieden und sind auf diese Unterkunft gestossen. Für diese Art von Urlaub ist die Immobilie perfekt geeignet (2 Gehminuten vom Meltemi-Kiteclub entfernt, viel Platz und Gartenschlauch vorhanden). Die Unterkunft war deutlich besser, als auf den Bildern dargestellt (sehr hell, super ruhige Lage, Sicht aufs Meer und den Sonnenuntergang, 2 Badezimmer mit Dusche & Toilette). Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass sich die Klimaanlage im Wohn-Essbereich befindet, und es im Schlafzimmer daher recht warm war. Zudem war zu Beginn ein etwas feuchter Geruch im Cottage vorhanden. Ein Auto ist sehr empfehlenswert, da sich die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca. 20 Gehminuten Entfernung befinden. Wir würden definitiv wieder in dieser Unterkunft verweilen.

Wir haben einen schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus genossen. Kinder haben großen Spaß in einer rein grünen Umgebung mit selbst gepflanzten Weintrauben, Feigen und Granatäpfeln. Die süßen Katzen und der Hund waren ein Highlight für Kinder. Einmaliges Erlebnis von Stampfen der Trauben, und die tolle Gastfreundschaft von Petros rundet unseren Urlaub ab.

Very quiet, beautiful place, welcoming and super friendly host, very good equiped, comfy beds - the perfect holyday house near to a kitebeach!

This was our second stay in Livadi House. The accommodation was very nice, comfortable and homely. It was well located for beaches and restaurants although not in the centre of Theologos. The use of the facilities at the Alkmini Hotel was a bonus and Marietta was a lovely host.

Çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Konakladığımız apart çok temiz ve ihtiyacımız olan her şeye sahipti. Evimiz denize iki adım mesafedeydi. Denizi harikaydı. Ev sahiplerimiz Arzu Hanım ve Ramazan Bey çok yardımsever çok düşünceli ve elibol insanlardı. Tatilimizi dokuz gün almıştık. Tatil boyunca bahçelerindeki sebzeleri ve üzümleri bizimle paylaştılar. Düşünenlere kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Anna’s house in Gialos, the port of Symi, is amazing! Perfectly located, walking distance to everything in the port but also in a very quiet and peaceful spot amongst local. We really enjoyed spending time in the courtyard and the house is tastefully decorated. Anna was always responsive, helpful and accomodating, especially when our plans changed slightly during our stay. We were lucky to be able to spend a month in her lovely place and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to experience the beauty of Symi!

Authentic place, Ecaterina and Takis are very friendly and available for any needs; the house is cozy and very clean, strategically positioned (precious panorama from the terrace, 10 min walking to the harbous and to the bus stop). We had a perfect stay!

The house is situated in the most beautiful area of Symi: Nimborio. Very comfortable private house, with a nice view on the sea. Our host was very friendly: she came to the port to welcome and take us to the house, she let many useful information to ensure the best stay on this beautiful island. I strongly recommend anyone to book this house.

This was our second time staying in Stamatia’s house, and the location is simply perfect. The true highlights are the two fantastic terraces with breathtaking views of the sea. We spent most of our time there, enjoying the scenery. We would gladly return again!

First of all: Flora is very kind, helpful and literally always available. Very fast reacting on messages and giving helpful feedback. Top-host! The house has all you need for a longer stay. Very good equipped without being full of unnecessary stuff. Beach 7-8 minutes by foot, supermarket 5-6 minutes by foot. Rental car office next to the house is very fair, offers good prices and very good service - top recommendation. We loved our stay and are very thankful for having the opportunity to stay in Flora‘s house.

Es war einfach herrlich in Marias Häuschen. Es ist eine wunderschöne Unterkunft in einem wunderschönen Ort.
