Welcome to our remodeled house and and hot tub cottage on the bay of Green Bay. It is conveniently 23 minutes from Lambeau Field and 29 minutes to Door County. We are blessed to be the fourth generation owners of this property. It is located directly on the water and has a walk down boat ramp (no trucks) for your canoes and kayaks. There are multiple boat launches within a few miles. Ample parking with a 12 ft wide and 40 foot long concrete pad for an RV with electrical hookup.

Entire Suite-Short drive to Lambeau, Zoo, Downtown

Private side entrance at ground level featuring large windows with natural light, private bathroom with toiletries, laundry room with washer/dryer, private family room with couch, TV with Hulu, wireless, microwave, coffee maker, bottled water, and a mini fridge. You have the entire floor to yourself, as we live upstairs. House is located in a quiet country subdivision. Deer, birds and other wildlife are daily visitors. 1898 Character Home with modern kitchen and bath. Lots of amenities. A few blocks from Lake Michigan. 30 miles from Green Bay. 30 miles from Door County. I moved to Green Bay for work, but I did not want to let go of this wonderful old house. I hope you enjoy being here as much as I have for the 15 years I lived here.
