Enjoy the screen pavilion with sofa & fire table and bright, wood lined cottage with all you need for a peaceful getaway-Japanese soaking tub, (small) Heat/AC, +fast wifi. Cook in the kitchen or grill in the beach side pavilion. Walk the trails around the lake through forest & meadow to the nearby State Forest & Gold Mine Trail. We group the 3 cottages to preserve the shore for nature to thrive-message to reserve all 3 for total privacy

Franconia Notch, 10-15 minutes drive to hiking, skiing at Loon or Cannon , 30 min to Waterville Valley. Snowshoe out the door by the river. My Swiss heritage makes me a supurb cleaner. Wifi. Parking. One minute drive to Loon Mountain and close to many area attractions. Listen to the sounds of the rushing river and enjoy breathtaking nature views from every room (mountain view in winter).

There are only 2 steps required to enter the condo--almost free steps!
