My family and I had an amazing stay! The home is in a stunning location on Lake Norman, with a great view. We loved sitting outside on the screened in porch looking out at the lake — the home also has a bonfire pit with a great view as well. The home is very clean and so well decorated — truly felt like we were staying at a five star location. They have thought of everything to make it a great vacation. The home has all amenities and more. One of the best airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at! The neighbors are so friendly too — my kids loved the neighbor’s dog, Bob. We’re grateful for an amazing trip — couldn’t recommend this place more.

Dear Robert and Charleen, Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. The Bird House is truly a gem, and you are blessed to own it. The pictures on Airbnb do not do the house justice. As I entered on Wednesday, my breath was taken away; the views of the lake and natural light filled every room. The beauty of the natural surroundings, together with the well-thought-out interior design and appointments, made our experience one to remember. My mother and I truly had a wonderful and restful Thanksgiving. You had very clear notes regarding how to work everything (the blinds). Clearly, a lot of thought was put into what would make guests comfortable (lap blankets and a variety of lighting with dimmers), and all of the items one would use at home were in the kitchen, enabling us not to have one worry during our stay. We hope to return during warmer weather to enjoy the outdoors.

Great place will stay there again if we come back to the area!

This house is simply amazing, tucked away in a great location with awesome views. Wendy sent very detailed instructions and the house has a fully stocked kitchen and amenities, with everything working perfectly. Could not recommend this place more!

Had a wonderful time, and the various levels perfectly suited my family. Had a few great rounds on the pool table, too. Highly recommended!

Julie was such a great host and this property was truly beautiful! The place looks just like the picture and was even more spacious than I expected! This property easily accommodated my group. Julie was very responsive and made sure to give us updates on an issue out of her control. Will be booking again! We’ve already started planning our next trip.

Ok you have to stay here! The house is just lovely with beautiful vaulted ceilings, wood beams, bright sunlight filtering through the giant windows and skylights complete with beautiful views. It is designed to feel peaceful, stylish and comfortable. It literally has ALL the things to do and plenty of privacy. I can’t even list it all the amenities in the space given. To top it off the host Allison was beyond thoughtful! There was a little sign to welcome us and she left a cake to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Made us feel like we were staying in the home of close friends. Seriously just rent this one, you WILL love it!

Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. Great weekend spent at Lore’s place. Pictures do not do it justice. Better than we expected. Very clean and everything you would need. The design of inside was beautiful. Every detail Lore has covered and more than you need. Will definitely be back again. Kudos to a wonderful place.

Leah's place has a beautiful view from the spacious deck. I spent a lot of time relaxing and looking at the lake. The condo was nicely updated and very clean. It had everything I needed to feel comfortable for a 2-week stay. Parking was convenient to the condo. The location was very close to restaurants, shopping, groceries, and gas. Leah was very friendly and very responsive. I would definitely stay at Leah's place again.

The apartment is beautiful. We had a peaceful stay. I liked the big windows overlooking the lake. I enjoyed picnicking on the dock and kayaking around the cove.

This apartment is spacious and comfortable. Nice view and patio. Quick drive to Davidson Main Street. Close to highway. Nice touches like plenty of coffee, tea, trial size toiletries. Wi-Fi worked great. Host responded quickly and I was happy that they didn’t proactively send us a ton of messages checking on us. I also liked that check out was just lock up and leave. No list of chores. 😅 We will stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This lakeside get-a-way was just as described. As we barely left the property, everything we needed was at out finger tips. Danielle was proactive from the onset and a great host. We will be back!

We enjoyed our visit! The cottage was cozy and close to restaurants and Lake Norman. Mooresville Downtown was quaint and fun - definitely will try and make it out again soon!

This place is absolutely beautiful, peaceful and just what our family needed. So grateful that we were able to bring our sweet dog too. Our son is way into fishing-the dock was exactly what we were looking for. LeeAnn is an incredible host, answered any and all questions and the place was exactly as she described. We already know that we will be back and can’t wait to plan our next visit.

Can’t say enough about Zack’s home. It was the perfect spot for a quiet, peaceful but also incredibly fun getaway! The house was just as pictured (if not better). It was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The deck was perfect for relaxing the sun as well as a tasty dinner on the grill. The bonus bar room provided many competitive & fun rounds of darts while keeping up with sports games on tv. The dock was the perfect relaxation spot. Our boys also used it to fish from and also jumped in a few times. We took advantage of both the kayaks and the boat rental. SOO fun!! Zack’s dad, Jeff, explained everything needed to use the boat. He was extremely friendly and helpful. We had the best time, felt right at home and created a ton of fun family memories here. Definitely hope to visit again!

This was the best airbnb we have stayed! Andrea was very accommodating, very personable. It was awesome staying at a place that embraces having your dogs with you. She made sure all I's were doted and T's crossed. We loved staying! Thank you Andrea for opening up your cottage to us! I look forward to meeting you someday in person! My only complaint is the instructions for checking in on the keypad lacked a key component. Had to search out office staff at the place to find out how to check in the main gate. Everything else was very simple. Great stay. Beautiful and clean accommodations. Very convenient to everything I wanted to do. Would stay again.

The beds were really comfortable and clean. The house felt really homey, all the lights shined bright, AC felt really good. The location is in a safe neighborhood. Beautiful kitchen with spacious countertop and clean silverware for use. The living room had a big TV to watch movies on at night. The owners responded super fast and provided a lot of helpful information.

We had a great time, wonderful space to have family gathering.
