Very nice place to stay. Used hot tub on upper floor, wonderful view, somewhat of a hike, if any problems with walking, but we managed even with bad knees. Would definitely stay again. Great location.

Great location right on the beach, easy check in and responsive hosts!

We stayed at the Lookout for three months and loved our time there. The view over Nye Beach is breathtaking and never gets old in any weather! the biggest pros: - Location and View are perfect - Well-stocked kitchen - Squeaky Clean - Well-designed space - Pet friendly It's worth knowing - The Lookout is not large, but it has everything you need - The location is definitely tucked away - we didn't even try ordering delivery bc we didn't think they would find it - No recycling on site, just a small trash bin - You will sign a long agreement (outside of AirBnB) that looks litigious and basically prohibits negative and 4* reviews We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.

We really enjoyed staying at Randy’s place. It was nice, clean and had all the amenities. The view was beautiful and the location was perfect. It’s walking distance to all the little shops and cafes at Nye Beach. I also enjoyed the large shower and rain shower head. It was very nice. The heated towel rack was nice also. We look forward to staying again next year.

This is a great place, I’ve stayed twice. Love the onsite parking, hot tub on the balcony, kitchen with everything needed. It’s very close walk to the beach, about a block away. Activity room only has a pool table and TV, would be cool to see another pool table or shuffle board added.

Absolutely worth it. Had 6 guests and we all had plenty of space. Beach access within a 2 minute walk, incredibly friendly neighbors and great places for food and clothes. Not too far from anything, plenty of hikes nearby and other beaches to visit for surfing. Loved it!!

Beautiful view, excellent place! We loved the balcony and kitchen table for having a drink and a chat. Very thoughtful to have extra blankets to cozy up in to sit out on the balcony and watch the beach on a beautiful but windy evening! Comfy bed too, and great serviceable kitchen. Thank you!

Great house, accommodations and location! Ingrid and Sue are both super responsive and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked, the walk to the beach was lovely and the inside/outside space (wrap around porch & multiple lounge spaces) were perfect, especially with the nice weather.

We needed a place to stay in an emergency and Karen helped us out-- on Christmas Day! Beautiful house in a quiet community with both beach and forest views.

We had a wonderful time, the beach access is unmatched, endless entertainment for the kids. Compared to most airbnb’s, very clean, comfortable beds, and also appreciated the amenities. Host was nice enough to accommodate check in time too. Would definitely stay again in the future, highly recommend!

We had such a fantastic time at Robin’s place. I loved the way the house was decorated and had such nice little touches for us like books and toys for the kids. Everything was also so clean and well maintained, it’s always a relief to see that when you pull in to a place after a very long drive. We also enjoyed our walk through the trails down to the beach. We will definitely be back!

WOW! Such a lovely house in a beautiful location. Miles of beach to walk with almost no one on it. The house was the best-equipped rental we've ever stayed in. Great kitchen with every amenity we could want. There were only two of us, but the house could easily host two couples or a large family. Lovely decorations and comfortable furniture. Easy to find and close to Pacific City, but without the crowds. We felt very lucky to be able to stay here. Great hosts and a wonderful stay. Thanks!

This was the PERFECT spot for our girls weekend! The place was so cozy and cute and well kept. It was easy to find and close to so many things including being walking distance from the beach! The hot tub was clean and had a wonderful view. The beds were comfy and it was an all around great spot. We all agreed we would definitely stay here again next time we come to Lincoln City! To top it off Deb was so informative, kind, and quick to respond making our stay even better.

Jerry's home was perfect for us. My 14 year old granddaughter took the loft bedroom with its own bathroom. She felt like the queen of the house. My daughter and I each had a comfy bedroom on the main floor...no extra stairs for us. The house has so many cute beach decorations and was well stocked with everything we needed. The ocean view was terrific. Thank you Jerry. I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed this quiet Nye Beach condo. It was clean and well equipped in all areas. Excellent communication with the host and a view that can't be beat. It is just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops and other Nye Beach shops. We look forward to coming back.

We loved this place for a number of reasons. It is an old classic resort style setting with two small bedrooms and small living area - but perfect for us and our pooch. Fantastic views that allowed you to look down at waves crashing against rip-rap barrier/retaining wall. Nice porch that acts as a sound board amplifying the sound of the waves. Proposal rock can be viewed from porch rail. Elevation of porch is about 25-30 feet above beach so visual distance into the ocean is extended. Extra cozy with a fire burning; and an artificial starting log was provided daily - a nice touch. Host and management team were very responsive and pleasant. We will be back.

Such an amazing beautiful place and the host are amazing ! The airbnb is in a walkable area and has amazing food trucks near by and the ocean is in view. I will definitely be back !! Thank you for making my trip amazing :)

We loved how close it was to the bay and the beach. The IGA grocery store one block away. Along with the Glass store and restaurants. We saw seals, Bald eagles, and a large flock of seagulls. Our walk along the ocean beach was unique in that you can walk out to the mouth of the river. We had a fire on the beach and watched the sun set. Would definitely love to come back to this lovely condo and stay longer. Great value.

This rental was great, the beachfront view was absolutely gorgeous. Having Direct access to the beach was also really nice. The condo looked even better in person than the pictures. Only downside is super loud upstairs neighbors but that's not the hosts fault.

Again, we had a perfect mini-vacay! I love this little-slice-of-heaven condo! We walked everywhere. The food court was great, the weather was typical beach weather...but who cares, we had a blast. The beds are VERY comfortable. The view of the estuary & beach are peaceful. I love the easy beach access, too. Great hosts; they respond quickly and are very accommodating. We will be back soon, that's for sure!

We had a lovely week, the condo was perfect and the view gorgeous. The stairs to the beach is a challenge but we were able to manage it several times. There is an easier way to get to the beach just a block away too. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable with the extra condiments, things we needed supplied and plenty of space. loved it here!
