Tout était parfait. Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas chauffée. Literie à revoir après très bel emplacement, tranquille, calme. Belle vue sur la mer.

Una estancia espectacular en familia, 4 personas y 3 perritos. Hemos estado un fin de semana y se nos ha hecho corto. Ha sido incluso mejor de lo que pensábamos. El terreno enorme, una casa muy espaciosa, limpia y ordenada, y una piscina espectacular. Salva no nos puso ningun impedimento en la llegada ni en la salida, muy flexible e incluso nos ayudó a llegar. Muy receptivo y amable. La casa ofrece una tranquilidad impresionante, se esta fenomenal, tiene mucho jardín y nuestros 3 perritos lo han pasado en grande correteando por todo. Además está todo bien vallado y super seguro para ellos. Tiene una zona de BBQ y todas las instalaciones estan en perfectas condiciones. Ha sido espectacular estar en casa de Salva, y su atención aún mejor. Seguro que repetiremos. Estamos encantados, no podíamos haber elegido mejor. Sin duda ha cumplido con nuestras expectativas.

Very friendly host and easy to communicate with. The house was clean, but cosy. It had everything we needed. The house is out of the center, but we found everything within walking distance. Enjoyable terras and clean swimming pool. The neighbourhood has many dogs barking at you when you walk by. It does not disturb when you're at the house, however if you're scared of dogs there is no way of avoiding them when walking to and from the house. Highly recommend the place if you don't wish to be in the center.

Wij zochten een plek om nog even een paar dagen te ontspannen met de kinderen na een week Valencia. Dat is hier heel goed gelukt! Heerlijk zwembad in de tuin en aan het strand. De tuin heeft plekken voor ieder moment met schaduw en zon. Daarnaast een heel fijn ruim huis met ook een grote keuken. En als laatste is Ellen een vriendelijke en behulpzame vrouw, we voelden ons helemaal thuis. Een grote aanrader dus :)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette maison parfaitement adaptée pour accueillir plusieurs personnes. La propreté était irréprochable et l’équipement au top : tout est pensé pour que l’on puisse cuisiner et profiter de soirées tranquilles à la maison. L’emplacement est idéal, avec tous les commerces (boulangerie, pharmacie, etc.) accessibles à pied, tout comme le métro situé à moins de trois minutes. Ce dernier dessert toute la ville, jusqu’à la plage, et permet même de rejoindre l’aéroport en une seule station. L’extérieur est super agréable, notamment pour les familles avec enfants. Mention spéciale pour la salle de cinéma, qui a fait son petit effet ! Seul petit bémol : l’horaire d’arrivée à 17h, un peu tardif. Mais à part ça, tout était parfait. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Magnifique Séjour. logement plus que excellent. maison propre et super calme. nous avons passer une semaine géniale. Cristina est une super hôte et je recommande à 100%. nous reviendrons.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very comfortable and clean. You could tell the apartment was recently renovated, everything was brand new and all amenities were available. The area is quiet and the view from the apartment is beautiful.

We hadden een geweldige tijd in de woning van Alexandra! De communicatie verliep heel vlot en uiterst vriendelijk, wat altijd heel aangenaam is mocht je toch nog vragen hebben. De woning is helemaal vernieuwd, en heel mooi ingericht. De ligging is ideaal, op wandelafstand van metro- en busstation om de stad in te trekken en op wandelafstand van de haven/strand. Het was zalig vertoeven op het dakterras, met mooie zuiderse planten. We verbleven er tijdens de "santa semana", en konden deze unieke processies van heel dichtbij in de straten van de buurt meemaken. Valencia heeft ons hart gestolen, mochten we nog een keer terugkomen met onze groep, dan logeren we zeker en vast weer in het huis van Alexandra.

Ofrece una tranquilidad inigualable, esta casa rural es el lugar perfecto para escapar del bullicio de la ciudad y reconectar con la naturaleza. La casa ha sido restaurada con un cuidado meticuloso, combina elementos rústicos tradicionales con todas las comodidades modernas que puedas necesitar. Cuenta con una cocina completamente equipada, perfecta para preparar tus propias comidas. El entorno de la casa, cuidado al detalle, es ideal para disfrutar de la tranquilidad y la naturaleza en familia. Altamente recomendable.

An absolutely beautiful oasis with an incredible host. A stunning well-maintained garden and spacious loft-style interior. A well-stocked kitchen, incredible couch, and luxurious bathroom. The place was spotless and had a disinfected sealed toilet upon arrival. There were even bowls and treats provided for our dog. The complementary bottle of cava was the cherry on top. The property is very well-secured with a high fence and tall gate with space for parking on the property. The power outage across Spain and Portugal occurred during our stay, and Silvia did her very best to keep us informed and even provided us with extra drinking water. The solar panels on their main property were also a huge help during this time. From arrival to departure, we felt at home thanks to Silvia, and she presented us with countless recommendations of things to do in the area. We would return in a heartbeat.

Si buscas tranquilidad y desconectar de todo...este es ti sitio!!. Carles es un súper anfitrión y su alojamiento muy acogedor. Tuvimos la oportunidad de comer en su restaurante y la experiencia fue genial, así que volveremos seguro en cuanto nos sea posible. Gracias!!!

Un alojamiento sorprendente en una ubicación espectacular para desconectar y relajarse, las vistas al mar y la montaña no defraudan y dejan unos amaneceres y atardecer increíbles. La casa está preparada con todo lo necesario para una escapada perfecta. Tiene una sala de estar con una TV grande con varias plataformas de películas, piscina privada ( una antigua balsa acondicionada y perfectamente cuidada). Muy importante que nuestro compañero de 4 patas es bienvenido en la casa ( Petfriendly). La casa es bastante autosostenible ( luz de placas solares preparada para consumir poca agua) Laura la anfitriona es un encanto, muy atenta en enseñarnos la casa y en recibirte con mucha simpatía, te hacen sentir como en tu casa.

Nous venons de passer une semaine de rêve en famille dans la magnifique maison de Carlos et Cristina ! Tout nous a plu : tout d’abord l’endroit très protégé et privilégié des Playetas, le quartier calme et résidentiel à quelques minutes de la plage, le ravissant jardin soigné par des professionnels, la très jolie décoration et la propreté irréprochable de la maison, le confort de la literie et des salles de bains modernes et la grande terrasse idéale pour des apéritifs, des dîners et des jeux animés ! Au moment de partir, nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer nos hôtes, des personnes absolument charmantes, chaleureuses et accueillantes, que nous remercions et recommandons vivement.

Had a fantastic stay - thank you Maribel! The house and garden were even bigger than they looked in the photos and absolutely perfect for kids to play in. The house was very clean, comfy and well equipped and great for being inside or outside depending on the weather. The neighbourhood was very peaceful and we loved strolling to the beach for a swim each day. Maribel gave some great restaurant recommendations and helped with supermarket directions, and it was an easy walk to churros and icecream at Canet. We’d all love to come back!

Wat een geweldig huis met zwembad, in oktober wel iets aan de koude kant :-). We waren er met 8 personen en daar is genoeg ruimte voor. Ruime kamers en netjes ingericht. Op 10 min rijden van het plaatsje Vilamarxant, waar een winkel en een bakker is. De bakker heeft heerlijk brood, maar daar moet je wel vroeg voor zijn anders is het op. Supermarkt heeft ook prima brood. Valencia op een half uur rijden is goed te doen, je zit zo op de snelweg. Daniel communiceert prettig, reageert snel en adequaat. De beheerder Fernando is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk en reageert ook snel via de app. Is ook snel ter plekke mocht dat nodig zijn.

Excelente,anfitriona de 10, super amable, servicial, todo limpio,zona tranquila, casa espectacular para pasar unos días de descanso y relax, se puede ir a visitar todo sin necesidad de coger el coche, la zona de barbacoa muy buena, hemos pasado un fin de semana increíble gracias a Reme. Repetiremos seguro, gracias por todo 😘😘😘

We had an amazing stay at Catherine's place! From the very beginning, Catherine was incredibly kind and helpful, always available to answer any questions we had. The house itself is beautiful – modern, stylish, and very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. It’s located in a lovely, peaceful village, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The natural surroundings are stunning and made our stay even more special. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Catherine!
