About the Unit Seaside Escape is a two-story penthouse villa located directly on the stunning Sapphire Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in St. Thomas. It has floor-to-ceiling glass doors that lead you out to two large balconies where you can relax while enjoying the unmatched beauty of the Caribbean Sea. The first floor consists of a full bath with shower, kitchen, a living room with a queen sleeper sofa, comfortable chair and ottoman, flat-screen tv, dining set, and a large balcony. Kitchen appliances include stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, brand new stovetop, microwave, toaster oven, NuWave Precision Induction Cooktop, coffee pot, blender, and an electric grill. Upstairs you will be able to unwind in a bedroom with 18-foot high cathedral ceilings that give the space an authentic Caribbean charm. Bead board wainscoting runs throughout the condo, and frames the luxurious king bed, giving it an extra dose of style. Incredible views can also be seen from the bed, and the second large balcony provides a second space for drinking coffee and enjoying the splendor of the Caribbean Sea. An additional sleeper sofa can also be found in the bedroom, along with a flat-screen tv, closet and full master bath with shower. Sapphire Beach Resort Seaside Escape is located in Building C of Sapphire Beach Resort. The resort sits on a beautiful sandy beach with turquoise waters that are ideal for snorkeling the reef that lies beneath. A multi-level pool overlooks the sea and has the best views of St. John that St. Thomas has to offer. There is also a shallow level of the pool that is perfect for kids. For adults, some of the island’s best entertainment can be found at Sapphire Beach Bar. It sits directly on Sapphire Beach, and offers delicious food and drinks in a laid-back environment with stunning ocean views. Multiple televisions show all the big games from back home, and live music can be heard several days a week. Covered cabanas are located nearby and are great for families or friends to hang out and enjoy their surroundings. The Beach Buzz is just steps away and offers coffee and breakfast items, sandwiches, smoothies, frozen yogurt, and sundries. Sea Salt is a fine dining seafood restaurant with amazing ocean views. Paradise Pie is also located at Sapphire and has great pizza. Just a short walk up the hill is Sudi’s Caribbean Bar and Grill at Sapphire Village. It’s a casual pool-side restaurant offering traditional American food and pizza. We also have Sapphire Marina which offers many exciting excursions such as day sails, snorkeling trips, and jet ski rentals. Location One of the best things about Seaside Escape is its location! We are located just a short two-minute drive from Red Hook, a fun little town on the East End of St. Thomas. In Red Hook, you will find many restaurants, bars, shops, a couple of grocery stores, and best of all the ferry to St. John! We are also surrounded by many beautiful beaches such as Lindquist Beach, Coki Point, and Secret Harbour. You can rent a car to explore all the area has to offer, or you can take advantage of the on-site taxi stand that has taxis always waiting to take you where you need to go. The $1 Safari buses also stop at the top of our hill, and will also take you into Red Hook. Security Sapphire Beach Resort is a gated community with 24-hour security guards. Extras We offer complimentary beach chairs that are placed on the beach by an attendant in the exact spot that you want them. We also provide beach chairs, towels, noodles, and a cooler. *A four-door Jeep Wrangler is available to rent for an additional fee. Take a look at the fabulous view from our unit, you will hear the waves every minute of every day. Your patio is so close to the ocean that you can actually throw a coconut and hit the water. I have done it! This is the PERFECT location for your stay in America's Tropical Paradise. We just finished updating this unit in April ‘21 with new kitchen tile, new fridge, new cookware, dishware and kitchen utensils, Smart TV. You will NOT find a nicer condo for this price anywhere on the island.
