This cottage has a peaceful country setting but is close to the tri-cities. From the front porch, you’ll see a gorgeous mountain view! Mid-term rentals are preferred, but short-term rentals are considered. We strongly encourage purchasing AirBnB Insurance because we do not do refunds for cancellations. Dogs are considered, but no cats.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We are located 20 minutes from Tusculum College and Greeneville and 45-50 minutes from Johnson City. A beautiful country farmhouse with a view of the Smoky Mountains and a hot tub to relax in. Our dear Grandma Hannah lived here before she passed away in February of 2023. Come and have a peaceful stay on our beautiful horse farm, outside of Johnson City, TN! We have over 40 horses, ponies and donkeys on 15 acres. Clean and nicely appointed modular home with room for 6+ guests with a fire pit and BBQ and large, covered porch that overlooks our outdoor riding arena.
