We love staying at the Brownie. It’s a great home for any active family that appreciates a quiet surrounding. Great home and so close to SR. It can’t be beat.

We spent a lovely few days at this property enjoying the winter weather at its finest. The house is close to everything but still felt private and cozy. A great choice for families!

Great place. The bed was really comfortable. Hot tub was nice and private and relaxing.

We just had a wonderful ladie's weekend at Christy's place! We lucked out and got a bit of snow, so the cabin was the perfect cozy spot to spend the weekend with a fire and a puzzle! The hot tub was an extra added bonus! Beds were all very comfortable and living room was super cozy. Very easy ride to downtown for restaurants and shopping for a bit. Would definitely recommend!

This was the third time our family used Tim's house. I can't say enough about how absolutely wonderful it is to be there! It's a good sized house with plenty of room for everyone. The pool and (new) hot tub are SO relaxing! The beds are comfortable, and this year we took advantage of the fireplace, which added a new level of relaxation. Once we arrive, we stay put! If you are looking for a GREAT place to step out of the world for a bit, THIS is the place to be!

Scott's place was perfect for our small family's ski trip! It was exactly as pictured, had everything we needed for our stay, and was so close to Sunday River (~10 minutes) and right down the road from restaurants in Bethel Village. We would love to stay again on our next ski trip!

This is the kind of airbnb I'm excited to visit and support -- really lovely, cozy place with a lot of character and everything we needed to make ourselves at home for a week. The proximity to Chocorua is fantastic and it's a good spring board to the lakes region & and the White Mountains. Becky is fantastic - super friendly, responsive, and kind. The wifi was strong enough for me to work there for a few days and we had all the supplies we needed to cook for ourselves. The only issue was the road noise, which was pretty loud during the day, but thankfully quieter in the nights.

We had a wonderful girl's trip staying in Diana's house! We walked to the beach and to Scratch bakery (twice). The house was perfect for the five of us with a great sitting area to hang out and chat. The house was clean and the instructions for cleaning up were easy to follow.

Airbnb Review: A Perfect Getaway! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Airbnb, and I can confidently say it was one of my best experiences yet! The great location made it easy to explore the surrounding area while also providing a peaceful retreat. The gorgeous views of the mountains were simply breathtaking, and I found myself mesmerized by the scenery right outside the window. The space was clean and well-stocked with everything we could possibly need, from hot dog skewers to coffee, mustard, shampoo, and even a toothbrush! It truly felt like a home away from home. The comfortable space offered plenty of room for relaxation, but my favorite feature was the outdoor screened-in porch. It gets excellent afternoon sun, making it the perfect spot to unwind. I loved lounging in the hammock chairs under the porch while soaking in the stunning landscapes. We had a fantastic stay! The house was in a perfect location; peaceful, private, and still just a short walk to dinner spots, which made everything so easy. There was plenty of space for lounging and gathering, and more than enough bathrooms for everyone (a huge plus!). The house had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away. Cozy, quiet, and super comfortable; we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend.

As one kiddo said at the end “this is the best weekend ever!” This was the perfect getaway and wished we had more time! Stayed 4 adults and three kids with a dog and had more than enough space! The layout of the house was perfect, as having bedrooms on each side of the house! An incredible area so close to town. 30 minutes to North Conway and just minutes to good food! King Pine is also 20 minutes which has multiple winter activities. The house is also so close to the lake! The space was cozy, had everything you needed, comfortable beds, and what a great surprise to have a dryer for the wet clothes after a day in the snow! Matt was a great host, helpful, fast, and responsive. Would stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

This is the third time I've rented this property which in itself says volumes. It's a beautiful loft condo in a beautiful setting that has three separate bedrooms /sleeping areas, each with its own full-service bathroom. Because the unit exists within a larger condo community, guests have access to a both an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and common games and social area with billiards. Located just a few miles (two exits) south of the Kancamangus Highway (and Loon Mountain), Jason and Becca's place at the Jack 'O Lantern complex is a truly great find, whether you're a family, couple, or "couple of couples" :D

We arrived to find an issue but we reached out to Sheri and she responded immediately and took care of it. We were extremely pleased with her customer service. We were in the area for a concert. Location was fabulous - 6 miles from the concert venue parking lot. Condo had everything we needed. Got a great night’s sleep. The view is amazing. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it if you are heading to a concert at BNH Pavilion.

Mikes place was a great stay while in. New Hampshire. Lots of stuff to do on the lake and everything you need is within walking distance!! I nightly recommend this condo on the lake

Highly recommend a stay at Michelle and Jason’s place! It’s a great “home base” for whatever you’re looking to do, whether that be hiking, climbing, skiing, shopping, or exploring any of the charming towns nearby! Michelle and Jason were kind and communicative and their place is so adorable and comfortable! Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay here! We were up for a weekend to enjoy the snow and mountains and appreciated how close it was to everything we planned. We had a snow storm the second night and the grounds maintenance was perfect, we had no problem walking right out the door. We would recommend heading for a stay!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Waterville. The condo is cozy and conveniently located in a quiet complex with easy access to the Rec. Center and the Town Square, where we enjoyed New Year's fireworks. Elizabeth sent us a lot of info ahead of time and was responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Elizabeth!
