Absolutely recommend Nora’s place. We felt very much at home and Nora went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It’s a lovely house, just down the road from the sea and great pubs. Nora gave us a lovely breakfast and good tips for the local area.

Our stay at Sheila’s was simply perfect! The semi detached is clean and comfortable. The accommodation is very well equipped, and the location is ideal for exploring the region. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The neighborhood is quiet and just a few minutes' walk from Loughrea town center. Regarding the kitchen, we were impressed by how well-equipped it was. Since we enjoy cooking, having access to such utensils, appliances, and a well-stocked pantry/fridge was just great! It made preparing meals not only easy but a fun part of my trip. Communication with Sheila is exemplary. Sheila was quick to respond to any questions we had. Considering the possibility of a strike or lockout by our airline company (Air Canada), we decided to shorten our trip to Ireland by 2 days. Sheila was very understanding and offered to reimburse us for the last days of our accommodation before we even asked. We are very grateful! Many thanks to her!

Margaret es increíble, muy amable. Llegamos un poco tarde y nos recibió de manera muy amable. La casa es muy bonita y está todo muy limpio. Nos dejó un desayuno muy rico y la cama super cómoda. Nos sentimos como en casa.

Great stay, very comfortable with everything we needed. Excellent location for walking into town. Clear communication and a lovely added touch of a folder with lots of information in it. I would definitely recommend if you are visiting Tipperary and we will be using Gloria again when we visit our friend in the future

A lovely home, spotless and cosy. A very well equiped kitchen and everything you could think of provided. We were greeted and welcomed by the very friendly bubbly host and made feel very welcome with yummy scones and some basics provided like milk, yogurt and fruit. Dinner was delicious and great value. We had a lovely time and hope to be back again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The home was spotless, comfortable, and full of charm—everything we hoped for and more. What truly made our trip special was our host. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and full of thoughtful recommendations. One of the highlights of our trip was the tour she suggested for the Gap of Dunloe—it was breathtaking and something we never would’ve discovered on our own. Her local insight made all the difference, and we’re so grateful for her help in making our visit unforgettable. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Kathleen and her husband were fabulous hosts. The location is extremely peaceful out in the country, thus we enjoyed fantastic sleep each night. Right from the doorstep we enjoyed walks around the countryside and over to the local pub. As we are quite familiar with the area, we can truly say this is very convenient to Clonakilty and other lovely West Cork towns and beaches. In particular, there is a top-notch chocolate atelier/coffee shop (The Hungry Crow) a 5-minute drive / 40 min. walk from the property that we visited each day of our stay! Note there is not a full kitchen so I would not plan on doing any cooking other than heating to-go or freshly prepared items in the small microwave. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return someday!

Es un alojamiento muy bonito. Está muy bien equipado. Es muy íntimo, totalmente separado de la casa de los propietarios. Gina nos dejó muchas cosas para hacernos un desayuno buenísimo. Muy recomendable!

Only a short stay but a truly lovely experience. The unit was spacious, comfortable, quiet and beautifully presented. The generosity of the breakfast that was provided was amazing - and delicious! Highly recommend Jan and Sandy New Zealand

Good-medium value for a clean, quiet place. We spent 3 nights. Very walkable town and great restaurant and cafe choices, petrol, coffee, grocery, etc. Great water pressure, tea kettle and supplies, and a nice touch of milk and water in small fridge. Large bed with the topper was a bit sunken toward each other for 2 adults ( 165, 210 pounds, not obese) and the single bed in the same room is very firm (could use a topper). My husband simply took the small bed and all is well. Safe surroundings. No pub noise at all. Parking was no problem. Cute place. Enjoy.

I have to highly recommend this beautiful place , stayed there for one night but it was to short , will definitely go back , one of the most beautiful places you could stay , beautiful scenery and surroundings, The hosts were excellent and made sure we enjoyed our stay , had beautiful free range eggs for us in the morning with milk, cannot recommend this place highly enough

We had a lovely overnight stay at Ben’s place. Check-in was super easy, the studio was clean and cozy, and the setting was peaceful. Ben’s instructions were clear, and communication was great. Would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay in Ballyheigue. apartment was perfect for us as a family of 4. Comfy beds, good powerful shower. The kitchen has everything we needed. I loved having my morning coffee on the deck overlooking the bay. The location is fab literally 5 mins from the beach. Caitriona is a lovely host really friendly and is on hand if you need her. would highly recommend if your looking to stay in Ballyheigue.

Es war ein kurzer aber sehr schöner Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Gerard. Diese liegt mit unglaublicher Aussicht mitten auf der Halbinsel Iveragh. Wir konnten irische Sonnenuntergänge über dem See und die tolle Umgebung genießen. Gerard hat uns persönlich empfangen, war immer erreichbar und super freundlich und nett. Außerdem haben wir eine Grundausstattung an Lebensmitteln vorgefunden. Irische Milch, Butter, Brot,… und sogar ein paar Donuts. :) Ein längerer Aufenthalt wäre toll gewesen. Vielleicht beim nächsten Mal! 🍀🇮🇪 Danke Gerard, dass unser Irland-Urlaub in deiner Unterkunft so schön ausklingen konnte und wir zum Abschied sogar noch die Lämmer füttern durften. :)

Linda is an excellent hostess. She and her two very well-behaved dogs welcomed us with great warmth. Linda is a very friendly person, really nice to talk to. Beautiful accommodation, very clean, with refined personal care products and excellent breakfast.

Eileen and Desmond’s place is centrally located to the town and easily walkable. We were there for St Patrick’s Day and a really great experience! Desmond welcomed us with warmth and showed us around the place. He offered any assistance we might need. The breakfasts are fantastic and quite filling. Barbara, their helper, was fun and full of good information. We checked out earlier and Desmond had our breakfast ready for us before we departed. He took time to show us more of the family photos and made our stay over the top. 10 stars Desmond!

It was a beautiful stay in a great location. Would highly recommend it for anyone looking to explore a beautiful part of the country.

No words needed 🥰 we felt like we where @ home. Margaret is so friendly and helped us with all during our stay. The house is very clean und the location is perfect. A little outside from Killarney but peaceful and great nature. Thank U Margaret for having 2 wonderful days with you and a part of your family and the dog Susi ♥️

We had a wonderful stay at Juliann’s. The space was very clean and charming. We felt that Juliann went above and beyond, even offering to drop off us off at certain locations, the breakfast was delicious as well (home made scones!!!). The home is just slightly out of town which is exactly what we were looking for, it had amazing views of the country. It was a perfect location between the town and the surrounding nature/tourist areas to explore. The location is very easy to get around with a car, if you don’t have one keep in mind to walk it will be a trek. Recommend this spot 100%

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Valeria. Tout d’abord , elle a été très accueillante . Sa maison est magnifique et notre chambre et salle de bain étaient très confortables et extrêmement propres avec une belle vue sur l’extérieur . Le petit déjeuner était excellent et généreux .
