Apartamentul este spatios si situat intr-o zona linistita, la cateva minute de plaja Skala Potamia, o plaja excelenta pentru o familie cu copii; este foarte curat si dotat cu tot ceea ce ai nevoie pentru sedere: sapun, sampon (si pentru copii) prosoape, lenjerii de pat, prosoape de hartie, cafea, detergent de vase etc. La cateva minute de mers pe jos ai supermarket, macelarie, brutarie si multe restaurante. Gazdele foarte prietenoase si de ajutor: am putut face check-in mai devreme de ora 15:00; ne-au facut recomandari legate de zona; au fost extrem de atenti la nevoile noastre si ne-au raspuns cu promptitudine la orice cerinta. Multumim Kiky pentru atentia la detalii si implicare. Cu siguranta recomandam apartamentul si ne vom intoarce cu drag.

Everything was beyond expectations. The place is very cozy and the couple who gave us the access is very pleasant. I can remember that one morning someone talked louder outside and Christina’s mom just Drew His attention of voice control a second after. ♥️

My husband and I have been Airbnb-ing in Greece for a long time, and this is by far one of the absolute best places we’ve stayed. Sparkling clean, quiet, spacious, modern, with all the amenities, amazingly comfortable bed, super fast wifi, superb shower, and everything within walking distance, from beaches to shops to tavernas to bakeries to grocery stores. Ioanna was always accessible and so helpful when our flight was changed due to COVID, and when we did arrive, made our stay absolutely perfect, with local tips, local flavours, and just overall kindness and Greek hospitality. It’s all the modern amenities one hopes for with all the traditional Greek island vibe one travels for. We cannot wait to come back! Best accommodation on the island!

Eirini and her husband was very polite and very greatful. Her husband was waiting us and explained everything about apartment and market, restoran. Apartment is very clean and nice with beautiful seaview balcony, in center, near beach, market, bakery and restorans. Everything was perfect so I will recommended Eirini's apartment and it's beautiful place to spend your holidays.

Το σπίτι ήταν πάρα πολύ καθαρό,όμορφα διακοσμημένο και με όλες τις παροχές και τις ανέσεις που είχαν περιγραφεί στην πλατφόρμα. Είχαμε μια πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή, πολύ φιλόξενος ο οικοδεσπότης, μάλιστα είχε στολίσει το σπίτι με χριστουγεννιάτικη διακόσμηση και νιώσαμε πιο όμορφα τη γιορτή των Χριστουγέννων.Η γειτονιά ήταν πολύ ήσυχη, με εύκολη πρόσβαση και εύκολο παρκάρισμα . Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.

The house is situated really close to the sea. It looks better than in the pictures and has everything you need. I liked that the area was quiet & not crowded but close enough to the beach, shops and the terraces on the sea shore. The bedrooms are comfortable. The terraces/ balconies of the house are spacious and quiet. We enjoyed our beach days at Cactus bar sun-lounges ( 20€ for 2 sun-lounges + 1 chair and an umbrella). The Ammolofoi beach is at 5 min by car and it’s simply great: fine sand, lots of cheap renting sun-lounges with parking included, clear blue water, great pomegranate juice. To sum up, it was a great holiday.

One of the best Airbnb experiences we ever had. It felt like home. Mrs Aglaia was so hospitable and warmhearted. There was a personal touch. We found welcome food and drinks in the fridge. Also the host gave us some sweets, because it was Easter. Absolutelly delicious! The place is super clean, comfortable and located less than 5 min from seaside promenade. There is parking spot and and you can enjoy your stay exploring the island. I would give more than max stars and will recommend this place! Thanks!

We stayed in this beautiful house for one week and it was more than pleasant. We used the kitchen every day and it was fully equipped and clean. The yard is the perl in the crown.. nice, clean, perfect for kids or just to take a nap or chill in the afternoon.. our daughter was more than happy to play there. The host was very easy to communicate with and was always responding to all my questions fast and accurate. The area is nice, there are delicious restaurants nearby and the main beach of Nea Peramos is accessible by food, however we drove to ammolofoi beach, which is very beautiful and takes only 10 min by car to be reached. We will definitely come back to this lovely place.

The house was very nice. The backyard was very sweet and comfortable. The host communicated well and helped us. Everywhere was very clean and tidy. There were thoughtful details in the house. We were very pleased.

The accomodation is just 2 minutes away by foot from Chrysi Ammouda, one of the best beaches in Thasos & there are also restaurants and mini-markets next to it. The apartment is well equipped and has a nice spacious balcony. Stavroula is a kind & responsive host, we had great communication during check-in and the apartment was very clean. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay again there next time we visit Thasos!

Am petrecut 10 zile liniștite in casa oferită de Zoi. Eu și familia mea ne-am simțit excelent în această locație care are o poziție excelentă în sudul insulei Thassos de unde poți să ajungi cu ușurință în toate zonele insulei. Recomand cu plăcere această locație. Comunicarea cu Zoi a fost impecabilă, iar când au apărut mici probleme, a intervenit prompt și în cel mai scurt timp a remediat ceea ce am sesizat noi. Am fost pe această minunată insulă de peste 8 ori, dar cu siguranță data viitoare când ne decidem să revenim în Thassos, tot la Zoi ne cazăm. Ca să înțelegeți cum a fost experiența noastră la Zoi, o să vă spun doar atât… ne-am simțit ca acasă…. și asta trebuie să vă determine să alegeți să locuiți la Zoi pentru a vă bucura de o vacanță fericită și liniștită! Stavros was extremely welcoming and helpful with everything. He sent us instructions a week before we arrived with all the information we needed about the house and the island of Thassos. We ran out of water, but Stavros was very prompt and immediately sent people to fix the problem. The house was very cozy and clean. Our whole stay was wonderful, especially with the veranda in front of the house where you can look at the sea at any time. I gladly recommend staying in this house.

Das Haus von Marios ist schön gelegen mit 2 Terrassen, wovon eine in einen kleinen Olivenhain zeigt. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und Marios immer erreichbar. Auch sein Papa war total nett. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, die sehr gut funktioniert. Toller BBQ auf einer der Terrasen. Im Ort gibt es alles was man braucht (Bäcker, Supermarkt, Fischgeschäft, Metzger und Tavernen. Den Hafen und Strand erreicht man nach ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Rundum haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger als 3 Nächte geblieben (war leider ausgebucht für eine Verlängerung). We had a perfect and very enjoyable stay. There was a pristine, quiet cove within walking distance of the house. Since it was the end of the season, it was very peaceful, and we didn’t need to go to another beach for swimming. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of clean towels for the bathroom. We had a wonderful time in the garden of the house. There was no parking problem. It’s a calm and peaceful place. It was an unforgettable experience among birdsong and olive trees. Maria and her husband were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. We would love to come again.

Katerina is a perfect host and an absolutely lovely person. She was warm and sweet, always responsive and also knowing how to respect her guests’ privacy and make them feel at home. We would love to visit her again, as soon as we can. ❤️

Stelios is a great host. The apartment is really close to main walking street and is very spacious and comfy. It has an amazing terrace with a view. Highly recommend it!

Πολύ καθαρό σπίτι, άνετο και πλήρως λειτουργικό. Το μόνο που με ζόρισε ήταν τα πολλά σκαλιά αλλά αυτό το γνώριζα εκ των προτέρων.

Kostas is super friendly and hospitable. He is very responsive and helpful - gave us recommendations, helpful tips and even delicious fruits. His apartment is super close to the beach. We had a wonderful stay!

Gogo is such a nice host to our family, and anticipated our needs such as having a cold welcome drink, preheating the boiler, offering to change sheets, helping us when we needed assistance. Her place is located in front of a very nice beach, and is so suitable for families with little children like us. It’s not directly located in the centre, so it is quite peaceful at night, but is only walking distance from the supoermarkets, restaurants, and shops. We will definitely return to Gogo’s place should we get an opportunity to return to Nea Peramos. Thanks Gogo for the very pleasant stay. It was the perfect vacation for us!

Kostas harika biri , çok cana yakın ve en ufak sorunumuzda ilgilendi, gümrükte geç kaldığımızdan dolayı feribota yetişemedik ve geç gittik ama kendisi misafirperverliğini gösterip tatilimizi ücretsiz bir şekilde 1 gün uzattı , kendisine tekrardan teşekkürler . Ev içinse ; manzarası müthiş , canlı bir tablo gibi. Ev modern değil fakat yerli halkın yaşadığı evler gibi o yüzden farklı bir deneyim oluyor. Otopark sıkıntısı olan bu bölgede park sıkıntısı yaşamadan gidip gelebilirsiniz. Evin hemen arkasında sahil mevcut. Güzel restoranlara 1 dakika içinde ulaşabilirsiniz. Kostas bence en yakın zamanda bu bölgeye büyük bir market açtırırsa (ki bence misafirleri için bunu da yapacaktır) çok iyi olacak , herşeyin için teşekkürler !

The location of the newly built house is just 20m down the steep but paved road that separates from the main motorway. There is a gate to the small parking lot which can fit two cars safely and comfortably. Each unit has its own access keeping the intimacy of the splendid view towards the olive garden. The apartment is very spacious with large sliding glass doors connecting the ground level garden with the interior. The bathroom is comfortable to use and the kitchen is the best equipped we’d seen in Greece so far. The orientation of the house is towards the west therefore the patio is sunny up until the very sunset. There is also a path that leads to the shore where you can find two sunbeds however the beach itself is very rocky so its recommended to use water shoes. The only little downside to this otherwise beautiful modern complex is that the outdoor sofa is thinly padded therefore uncomfortable for longer periods of use, but this does not take away from our experience

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Carlo qui a été toujours très réactif dès que nous avions des demandes. L’appartement a un emplacement idéal et une très belle vue. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
