Apartman je smjesten u tihoj zoni na oko 5 minuta hoda od Male plaze i zidina Staroga grada. Apartman je namjenjen za porodicni odmor do 8 osoba.Gosti na raspolaganju imaju 3 spavace sobe , komplet opremljenu kuhinju, dnevni boravak i 3 kupatila.Apartman posjeduje poseban ulaz, balkon sa pogledom na more i terasu. Smjestajne jedinice su klimatizovane i imaju besplatan Wi Fi. Dva javna parkinga su u samoj blizini objekta. Jedina obaveza gosta je placanje takse od 0.70 € na dan. Djeca ne placaju.

House in a romantic Olive Grove

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. House is located about 2km from Valdanos beach and about 700m from center of the Ulcinj. Valdanos and olive trees are place of positive clean energy, an unbeatable source of activities, a divine area where we can breath in clean fresh air, listen to the wind, admire natural beauties, go for a walk, swim, ride a bicycle or sail around the Old town and nearby bays in a little boat and learn how beautiful it is to be nature’s friend.

Salty Village

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

Ulcinj - Stonehouse in Oldtown with sea view

The "Apartment Goga" in the old town of Ulcinj - high above the city beach - was rebuilt after the earthquake in 1979 and completely renovated in 2020. The interior is a mixture of traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern country house style. Our apartment has been in the family for generations and is still our home for the most beautiful weeks of the year. It is the perfect starting point to explore the old town with its almost 2,500 years of history.

We built swimming pool in 2019year and it is open for guests from 15.05-01.10 My place is close to parks,pine forest(in our yard) great views of sea,olive trees, the city center is about 400m, and art and culture. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the coziness, the high ceilings, and the light. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups.
