Todo el departamento es solo para huéspedes y tiene salón grande con vistas a la calle una cocina americana que se compartirá con más huespedes si los hubiera, su habitación tiene baño privado con agua caliente, WiFi, armario con ropa de cama y toallas, el transporte al centro de lima es facil ya que la parada del alimentador del metropolitano esta a una cuadra y estará en el centro en 30 minutos el aeropuerto esta a 20 minutos. La zona es segura con muchos comercios y restaurantes.
