A lovely half mile walk to both Fuquay and Varina town centers with easy access to eateries, breweries and boutiques. Kitchen has full fridge, microwave, toaster oven, sink, 2 burner cooktop, Keurig with milk frother, coffee and tea supplies, cooking utensils, pots, pans, silverware, breakfast table and chairs. Bragg, Fayetteville, Sanford & Southern Pines. It's great for reconnecting with familiy and friends. The open-concept living space includes a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and open living room. Note: Owners reserve the garage for personal use only; it isn't accessable to guests.

Bluff Cottage Private Guesthouse

Beautifully situated on the McDaniel Pine Farm in Wade, NC you’ll feel right at home in the Bluff Cottage. A studio setup with a queen bed & 2 chairs that convert into comfortable single beds. There is also an air mattress available. Comfortable living room area with large flat screen TV and dedicated desktop workspace. Private Bathroom, walk-in shower and a small kitchen area with hot plate, pots pans, coffee maker, microwave & refrigerator. Nice outside patio with fire pit & acres to roam!

High speed wi-fi, smart tv, and complimentary coffee.Street parking-May not be a good fit for people with mobility issues. The front door is 110 steps from the street including a stone pathway down the lawn. Very dark at night-use phone light on path.
