We enjoyed our stay at this place. The property is easy to locate. It is so spacious for our family of 6. Has complete amenities and kitchen tools that we were able to use. The rooms are spacious and clean.

We had an incredible time at this property! The space was perfect for our small team-building. The atmosphere was so peaceful and inviting which made it easy for us to bond and focus on team activities and plus points for the thermal pool . The caretaker were incredibly accommodating. Suggestion to have a bathroom outside so you dont have to wet the floring on the inside going to the bathroom from the pool. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing yet productive getaway. Will definitely return for future team events

Jannette’s place was clean, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. The house has three bedrooms, all with cool, refreshing air conditioning—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Jannette was incredibly helpful, providing clear directions to her place and even sharing tips on where to go and which malls were open during Holy Week. Her thoughtfulness made our stay even more enjoyable.

Celebrated my partner's birthday here with her dearest friends. The host was very responsive, the canva guide was very concise yet complete. Easy to reach even through commute, walkable from national road Very peaceful ambience, complete with tons of activities, board games, basketball ring + ball, archery, mahjong board, modern videoke set-up. Well planned interior, matched our cream theme. Spotless as well. The caretaker was very accommodating, easy to talk to, and super punctual. Personal favorite was the pool, the long table by the pool really hit the spot. The 4-6 ft pool depth was very enjoyable.

My family and furbabies had fun in the place. We felt right at home. Water temperature is just right, not too hot, not too cold. My mother, who is a PWD, enjoyed the pool. My pets also had fun playing in the area. In addition, caretaker Lito is very helpful. He assisted us in grilling our food. He kept the place, especially the pool area, clean. Will definitely book this place again in the future.

The house is lovely! The place had plenty of rooms and was squeaky clean. Kitchen was also fully equipped. The grounds were big and well-maintained. Hosts were very responsive. Our group had an amazing time bonding. We felt right at home!

TOTALLY RECOMMEND! I am so glad I booked this as our last airbnb because it was so helpful to have Ate Girlie. She made our lives so much easier for our last few days in Philippines. She cleaned up, did our laundry (hang AND fold), helped with cooking. She was so kind and sweet that my in-laws immediately treated her like family. Place was spotless and exactly what we needed. Ate Girlie was available as early as 5am until we go to bed. She helped recommend massuers to also do massages at home. Ate Girlie was our best part of this airbnb. She had all knowledge so you didn't have to keep contacting the host as other airbnbs. I'd recommend staying here and I am definitely coming back. They also let us extend our check our as our flight was later in the day and we didn't need to leave early with our 13 luggages. The home was comfy had more to offer than expected. Highly recommend!

Unit is situated on just the 2nd floor - a unique location with a pool view from the balcony. Serene surroundings of Tower 4, very courteous staff at the building entrance. Editha was a discerning host - always responsive and quick to resolve any issues I could be faced with. Editha was extremely courteous and attentive to every feedback I had provided. Just a 5 minute walk to SM Southmall entrance - the convenience of everything within reach elevated the experience of my stay here. Would recommend this listing for anyone planning longer stays. I would definitely consider planning my next stay in this very unit on my next visit. Thank you very much Editha 😊

Melissa’s place was perfect for my family..not too big, not too small. The location was very easy to find. She was very responsive. She told me all the things I need to do, how to get to the place, etc. without me asking. Her caretaker were very helpful too. I would definitely go back to her place again. This place is truly a treasure. For under 50 USD, you can wake up to a breathtaking view of fog rolling in as the sunlight gently filters through the 180-degree windows in the master bedroom. The building is situated in the heart of the city, yet it offers a perfect blend of privacy, security, and much-needed peace. A supermarket, pharmacy, several restaurants, bars, and even a hospital are just a short walk away. Maria Morna and her caretaker, Olen, were incredibly attentive. The entire process, from booking to check-out, was smooth and hassle-free. The amenities were exactly as described. A huge plus: parking space! I can definitely see myself reserving this property again for our next getaway.
