My family and I have just returned from a lovely stay at Lynwood House. Lynwood House was clean and modern while retaining period features, it had everything we needed to feel at home. It was an easy walk to all the local amenities and some great walks from the doorstep. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful House and would return in a flash.

Great little cottage, everything you need for a base visit to Leek...Warm, clean,Cannot fault...Great Chinese takeaway and friendly pub very close, 5 minutes walk to town centre..Excellent....Will book again ..Thank you Holly.........

We had a lovely time staying at Frog Manor. Richard was very helpful and flexible and the home and grounds were vast and beautiful. We were lucky enough to be there on a hot weekend so we spent a lot of time at the outside patio area, where there is a hot tub, outside bathroom and a great outdoor cooking space with a gas bbq, outdoor sinks and counter space. All the bedrooms were lovely and spacious, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. Overall I couldn’t recommend Frog Manor more!

Perfect for a couple and so nice she lets a pet stay. Really convenient for venues in south Birmingham and to motorways. Lovely courtyard garden. It was hot but bedroom fan worked well despite having to keep windows closed due to traffic noise. Great value too. Just a couple of silly things - pot lids? Perhaps it was me but couldn’t fine. And please … a cafeteire (pretty essential)! A great base for a week of physio and local hospital. Made it all so much easier :-)

Really enjoyed the three nights we spent at Jack's house. It was a perfect peaceful retreat overlooking a pond, and with a great view across the fields. Inside is well appointed, very clean, warm and comfortable. Highly recommended.

This is a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. It is well-furnished and equipped with everything a visitor might need and more, including basic food supplies. It is dog-friendly with a very secure private garden, which we really appreciated. Thank you for letting us all stay in your lovely home.

we had a lovely few days at Paul's place, perfectly place for us to visit my son and his new baby ....comfortable and homely. would recommend to anyone.

We stayed for three nights and found the caravan to be clean and cosy with everything needed for a comfortable holiday The caravan was in a lovely quiet area on site The secure enclosed verandah was great for the dog and for us to sit out to enjoy the sun We would highly recommend the caravan

We had a wonderful stay. Impressive pool, garden furniture and landscaping to make the most of the sun. Ideal location for touring local sites. Izzy and partner were very welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely stay with friends, beautiful garden and grounds. Very thoughtful extras - lovely products available and great kitchen which was well stocked. The owners were friendly and their little dogs were great company too. The cottage smelled amazing, so much so I bought the same Reed diffusers online. Would highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay. Thank you very much!

Weekend stay with friends to celebrate a 50th birthday. We were lucky with sunny weather and so the outside area with table/chairs and hot tub were put to good use! The accommodation is beautiful and extremely comfortable with everything you would need. Nice pubs just a short drive away. We had a fabulous time.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ecopod. It's a special little place where which let us relax amongst the beautiful countryside and nature around us.

This place was just what we (3 couples, all with kids) needed for a long weekend! Having done a similar trip the previous two years we wanted to try somewhere different this time, and we're not disappointed. The house was huge with a large garden to play in, and the swimming pool was fenced off meaning we felt safe letting the kids run around. The tennis court was a big hit too. The house itself was a charming labyrinth of living and sleeping spaces so everyone always had the space that they needed, and the beds were clean and the bathrooms spotless. We struggled a little with finding things to do in the area which weren't an hour's drive away, but saying that we happily spent the whole of Saturday in and around the house before venturing to Ralph Court Gardens the following day

I took partner here for valentine's day and what a great decision. Louise was very understanding with us as we were much later than hoped to check in. When we arrived we were surprised with a welcome hamper full of essentials and food which made a super nice addition to our stay. The cabin was even better than how I imagined. Everything was spotless and amazingly clean, especially for someone like myself who is clean obsessed! The cabin was extremely cosy and all the facilities were perfect. It felt like a very private getaway in a lovely area surrounded by countryside. The local recommendations of local places to try did not disappoint either, I wish we stayed longer to try more of them out. Me andy partner was genuinely upset to have to leave when we did, I wished I booked for longer. I can't wait to book and come and visit in the future. I would recommend the cabin to absolutely everyone and anyone. An amazing experience to which I owe to Louise and the stunning cabin. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at Annabel’s and will definitely be going back asap! It was perfectly peaceful with gorgeous surroundings and was even better than the pictures! The pool was much bigger than we thought and was such a joy to have, the decking area was huge with stunning views and the garden truly magical! This was great value for money! Annabel was a fantastic host and very helpful and friendly and the animals were all very friendly too! The cats didn’t come to close though as we had our dog, who had a dream just roaming free! Thanks Annabel, be back soon !

Easy to find, easy parking. A good nights sleep and nice shower.

Lovely place, ideally located. Beds very comfy. Log burner was great and kicked out a lot of heat. Great pub a stones throw and a chippy. Nice touches with the bath salts and lovely smelling soap. DON’T forget your towels!

Our stay at Eileen’s beautifully converted pigsty exceeded all expectations. Eileen and her family, accompanied by their charming black labs, provided exceptional hospitality and made us feel completely at home. It’s rare to find a place that leaves such a lasting, positive impression—this was certainly one of those times. Excellent value and highly recommended.

Our stay at the Grooms Lodge was our second and we're so glad we booked in advance to secure our Easter vacation here. Julie is a wonderful host who contacted us prior to arrival to check our ETA and to make sure everything was ready for our stay. The accommodation has everything we could need ie fridge, oven, kettle etc. The shower room is well speckled and very clean. Once we were parked on the private driveway we felt safe and secure letting our dog play and wander around the garden. Seeing the horses in the fields helps us to feel relaxed. Plus the canal is very close to the property so we enjoyed many morning strolls before joining our family for Easter celebrations. We both feel completely rested after our stay at The Grroms Lodge.
