E' situato in pieno centro, ma a 5 minuti a piedi (meno di 1 km) dalla bellissima spiaggia di Marianello. Su richiesta possibilità di aggiungere culle o letti extra per per bambini. Tutti i principali bar e ristoranti del centro sono comodamente raggiungibili a piedi. Possibilità di parcheggio riservato su richiesta.
