Emma's place was perfect for our needs. There was plenty of room for all of us - including our 2 big dogs! The decor is lovely, just like the pictures, but free from clutter, which I appreciated. The kitchen had every item we needed to make our meals. The sauna and cold soak tub were a very appreciated bonus! The neighborhood is very peaceful, and felt safe for walking our dogs. Most importantly was how kind, gracious, and communicative Emma was. She allowed us to check in early, which helped us immensely, and answered any questions we had quickly. I would definitely recommend this rental to others.

Our stay was an amazing escape and exactly what we needed to get away and relax and even look for a home of our own in the area. Allison was an amazing host going above and beyond with everything from early and late check ins, providing additional info for the area, and generally caring about your stay at her property. She was extremely accommodating and responsive. We absolutely will be back when our house hunt continues or we want to get away again.

We loved our stay in Snohomish! The house is very cozy and clean. The kitchen had everything we could need and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

This is a wonderful place and Perch is a gracious host. We loved the "welcome" touches, from tasty cookies, to an array of coffees. The location is excellent too!

Our family is local to the area but we just wanted an escape from our day to day routine. Ana’s home was exactly what we needed to recoup and reconnect as a family. It was winter but some of us still got to enjoy the lake, hot tub, and sauna. We decided to extend our stay by one night and Ana was extremely helpful in make the accommodations work. The home and location is beautiful and a place we are excited to plan another trip to hopefully in the very near future. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful home. It is a lot bigger and even more beautiful in person. The fenced side yard for the dogs made it very helpful if you don’t mind the snow during snow season. Beautiful spacious kitchen. We had 6 people in total and it was big enough, did not feel crowded. Not too far from city, about 10 minutes and it was a nice little drive. Would love to stay again next time.

Really enjoyed our stay. Peaceful cabin, very clean, lots of open space. Plenty of relaxing space on balcony and patio. Beach close by that is maybe 15 min walk. Would recommend.

My friends and I ADORED this Air BnB. A beautiful home in a beautiful Seattle neighborhood. It was a very functional and fun space to host a weekend away—kitchen well equipped for cooking, plenty of beds, great outdoor space. Great location with beautiful views. The house itself was very comfortable and the bedding was exceptional. A lot of things in the Airbnb that goes above and beyond, such as including board games, many cooking items, etc. host was very responsive and instructions were clear

We had a fantastic stay in Lummi. Quiet and cozy. Just what we were looking for in a place. Views of fishing boats going by and the sound of the waves on the shore. The home was clean and comfortable for us. Clear instructions for checkout. We planned around the lack of restaurants in the area, and it was no trouble. I would stay again without a doubt. The house was very well appointed, and in a clean, quiet, and safe neighborhood convenient to SeaTac. There were enough towels for an army, and cozy blankets for the living room. The kitchen was well stocked, complete with a coffee station. Everything was perfect.

Awesome space for a large group of people. Spacious living room and large dining table allowed us all to be together. Separate sleeping locations allowed sub-groups privacy from the main group. Host was communicative and flexible.

Majinder was the best host ever. We had over 50 guests in the compound and all played out super well. He constantly kept in touch with h to know how we were doing and if we needed anything. He lives nearby and hence has prompt response to situations. I highly recommend this home for all your family needs. Thank you.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! The home was perfect for our weekend getaway: cozy, well-equipped with everything we needed, and located in a peaceful, quaint area. Nestled in this chic aerie, we enjoyed listening to jazz records and taking in the coastal outlook from expansive picture windows plus a broad deck. What a perfectly peaceful spot, where deer visited daily. The home is as comfortable as it is stylish, and every amenity was thoughtfully provided: kitchen with full range of equipment and high-caliber appliances, sets of dishes, mugs, glassware—all lovely. Bedrooms offered a range of bed sizes to suit all needs. A selection of books and games could entertain for days if the view savoring hadn't kept us occupied. We thank our hosts and count the days until our next visit!
