The location is a little farther out from River Street than some locations but if you’re looking for a beautiful, relatively new, peaceful oasis with a very nice back porch facing the water this location is for you! The benefits definitely outweighed a little bit more of a walk to River Street! I thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the container ships go by! This location is super close to Bar Julian (the tallest rooftop bar in Savannah) - you should watch the sunset from it). The Squirrels Wharf is also nearby - a small pizza place - they have live music some nights. Stevedore Bakery is nearby - a great spot for breakfast, brunch and coffee. We booked a trolley tour with Kelly Tours and were able to arrange a shuttle pickup to take us to the visitors center from the Thompson Hyatt; minimal walking and didn’t have to drive there and pay for parking. You can’t park directly at the apartment for your stay, but we had no issues with street parking nearby!

Had an amazing stay here! The unit itself is gorgeous and the location is perfect. Very impressed and will absolutely stay here again in the future.

Nan and Pat are fantastic hosts. Always near by to answer questions, welcome guests, offer suggestions for places to visit. The AirBnB was spotless, pristine bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen for those who can’t make it to local restaurants. Highly recommended!

Great place for a weekend trip to Savannah. Cheap Ubers downtown, easy to find, and easy to check in. Host told us everything we need to know before getting there and for check out. Would stay again.

It was a wonderful stay in a relaxing location. Everything was as described and amenities were great.

Great location once we found the place. Squeaky clean and user friendly. Our hosts used the most comfortable linens and the unit was well appointed. WiFi and smart TV (both of them) was fast and easy to use. Parking was at a nearby garage but we never used the car as everything is in walking distance from the unit. The wall of the bedroom adjoins where the piano is located in the restaurant next door so the sound and vibration can be distracting up to 1100 pm (weekends). We enjoyed our stay and it was well worth the cost

A great stay that was very comfortable for our family of five adults. We were only there for one night, but left wishing we had more time at this perfectly located condo! Everything was clean and we felt right at home. Enjoying morning coffee while watching the boats pass on the river was wonderful. There was some street noise, but well worth it for the location and beautiful space.

Samantha was a fantastic host and we absolutely loved our stay! We had a group of 7 girls and there was plenty of space for everyone. The setup of the house is very thoughtful and homely and we loved that there was a private dock. Samantha was always very responsive and answered any questions we had throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a quiet getaway but within 15-20 minutes of downtown Savannah! I would love to come back again if I get the chance and enjoy more of the amenities like the outdoor patio space and fire pit 😊

Great place to stay! Very clean, spacious, and gorgeous home. Comfortable beds, cool kitchen (w/ cooking equipment), and relaxing outdoor areas. Host was clear and concise with expectations. Would stay here if I came back!

Enjoyed our stay in Savannah. Plenty of closet space, showers were great, hot water for all 7 of us. Plenty of supplies such as Toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent. Coffee maker with Folgers coffee and filters on hand for our use. Loved the ninja toaster oven too. The heated pool was at 86 degrees for our whole trip! Plenty of floaties, great fenced backyard; beautiful pergola, fire pit, bbq grill and putting greens! There is a gun club a few miles away so don’t be surprised if on occasion you hear some practicing when you are outside. Neighborhood overall very quiet and inside house very quiet. Nearby restaurants like Skidaway BBQ take out, Mexican restaurants, and pizza. Easy 12-15 minutes to downtown Savannah. 30 minutes to Tybee Island which is a must to visit.Kroger, Publix, Walmart nearby for groceries. Pool table, ping pong, games for inside fun. We would definitely stay here again.

A perfect house to sit by the water, fish, watch nature and just chill! Nice home, had everything we needed plus some. Close to the city, restaurants, shopping and state park. We loved being able to hang out on the dock while my husband fished. Quiet neighborhood was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed at Cookie’s place with our dog Baloo and it was wonderful! We loved the location and enjoyed the view from the dock. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. We were able to do a day trip to Savannah and enjoyed a visit with family nearby. We highly recommend and would love to return.

Amazing cottage on the waterfront. Best stocked kitchen I’ve seen in years. Ron was responsive to a message and gave us a phone call which was appreciated. Cutest bathroom with claw foot tub. Bring your own bug spray, citronella candles, firewood and poles. We walked around to find wood. Pics show a covered porch which may have been damaged in a storm. The umbrella was adequate for shade. Only got one trash bag /3 nts so bring some. We had a lovely stay and would def come back if there was a king bed downstairs . We only got one burner to work on the grill but Great outdoor kitchen! Instructions say not to put pillows on the floor but there’s like 30 pillows and we didn’t know where to put all of them- from the beds to the dining seating area. If you’re looking for quiet and serene and comfort.. this is it! Responsive hosts and lovely cottage. Met some nice neighbors too! Huge yard! Pet friendly! Great fire pit!

Awesome place. The view is absolutely beautiful. Loved the river. The house is spacious, very comfortable beds. The soaker tub was very relaxing. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful.
