The house was beautiful and the pool is very peaceful! It was a perfect spot for my kids and I to celebrate Easter. Everything we could have possibly needed was there. I would book again in a heartbeat!

The property was just what we needed and was as advertised. I was especially appreciative of the touches like towels provided ( I had packed my own thinking there wouldn’t be any available ). The pool was a nice bonus feature and the place felt like home. I highly recommend

Enjoyed our stay in Savannah. Plenty of closet space, showers were great, hot water for all 7 of us. Plenty of supplies such as Toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent. Coffee maker with Folgers coffee and filters on hand for our use. Loved the ninja toaster oven too. The heated pool was at 86 degrees for our whole trip! Plenty of floaties, great fenced backyard; beautiful pergola, fire pit, bbq grill and putting greens! There is a gun club a few miles away so don’t be surprised if on occasion you hear some practicing when you are outside. Neighborhood overall very quiet and inside house very quiet. Nearby restaurants like Skidaway BBQ take out, Mexican restaurants, and pizza. Easy 12-15 minutes to downtown Savannah. 30 minutes to Tybee Island which is a must to visit.Kroger, Publix, Walmart nearby for groceries. Pool table, ping pong, games for inside fun. We would definitely stay here again.

Spent a week in April in Savannah with three kids under 5. The highlights of the stay were the activities, and the home was situated perfectly between them with a pool that heated quickly for daily swims. Rooms were plenty big for the pack and play as well as the futon couch for our little ones. From the Airbnb we could walk to the kids’ art lessons at scribble studio, lunch at green truck, dinner at Ardsley station and more. The kids scootered around the neighborhood (well manicured lawns, elegant homes and beautiful mature oak trees with Spanish moss) and rode bikes at Tiedeman Park. We walked to Forsyth park as well down Bull street and had ice cream at star land strange and bazaar. Tybee island is a 30 minute skip away so we enjoyed beach afternoons as well! River street had easy parking for exploring from this Airbnb, but a bit far for a family walk.

Stayed for a week at this property and it was everything we dreamed of and wished for. The weather was fantastic which had us poolside almost every day. Savannah was an easy drive as was Tybee Island. Close to base so if you have a loved one at Ft Stewart, it’s very convenient. We would stay here again, hands down!

We had a fabulous time at this stunning rental, and it was just blocks away from Forsyth Park. When we arrived, it was pristinely clean and stocked with everything we needed to cook at home. The host was also very accommodating and great with recommendations. The only thing to note is that the pool is significantly smaller than we expected from the angled photo on the listing; it's more like a large hot tub. We still thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Overall, the perfect spot for a girls' trip in our mid-30s! Would recommend.

This was the perfect home for our Spring Break! The mid-century inspired design was super fun, the house was pristine and pool and yard were great for many relaxing hours for our family, including daughters 11 and 8 and 2 dogs. The amenities provided were thoughtful and plentiful, from pool towels and floats to a well-stocked kitchen. The home was easily accessible to downtown and Tybee - would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Victoria's place! The space is roomy and comfortable, really cool decorations all around! Location was also great and allowed us to explore nearby parts of Savannah. Victoria was also great at communicating, provided great instructions + recommendations, and was super flexible around check-in/checkout processes. Would highly recommend this listing!

This home was perfect for our needs. Our two families travel together for our kids sports and really liked that this home was close to where we competed and to the restaurants we enjoy. We also liked the secluded location. The neighborhood is nice and safe. The kitchen has all necessary items including a coffee pot and a kcup coffee maker. We were greeted with fresh flowers and cookies, which the kids appreciated most! We will stay again.

I travel for work and stay in Airbnb‘s in a lot of different places. Jon has been far the best host that I’ve ever had the office staff with the friendliest people you could hope to meet. I’m always in places for extended times up to a year most times. This was the best experience I ever had in an Airbnb thank you so much for your kindness and everything done for me during my stay

We came here for a bachelorette party with a group of six and the place accommodated us nicely with its spacious floor plan from the parlor to the dining area. Daniel and house manager were quickly to respond in Airbnb app (less than 24hours) and messaged to checked in on us as well during our stay. Please be mindful that there are cameras in front and back door of house, and an Arlo that monitors noise volume for safety and noise ordinances inside of house. This is a beautiful home that definitely fits the southern charm and is a short (<5 mins walk) jaunt to Forsyth Park. I highly recommend and look forward to coming back!

Stayed for a long weekend Bachelorette trip, and had a great time! Adam gave us lots of recommendations for food and activities. He accommodated early check for us which was great because we were all traveling from other states. Overall was a great place to stay!

Absolutely amazing experience! Carrie went above and beyond to make our stay special. Not only was the Airbnb spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained, but she was also incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. What truly stood out was how she went out of her way to help decorate the Airbnb before our arrival, it was a surprise for my boyfriend who had just graduated from boot camp, and thanks to her thoughtful touches, it turned out absolutely perfect. Her kindness and attention to detail made us feel so welcomed. 10/10 recommend, and we will definitely be staying here again if we’re ever in the area!

The house was in a very quiet and peaceful location. The large yard gave me and my family plenty of space to play and run around. And being very close to downtown is a nice perk. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone.

Lisa is a great host, very responsive. I never waited more than 10 minutes before hearing back from her. Loved the place, it’s gorgeous just like the pictures, perfect for my family holiday get together!

Perfect for an overnight stay.

Wir sind als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern (4 und 1 Jahr) verreist. Das Haus und die Gegend ist perfekt für Familien. Spielplatz und Pool gleich um die Ecke, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur 2 Minuten entfernt. In 20 Minuten ist man in Savannah und kommt auch sonst überall schnell hin. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es war alles da, was man sich gerade als Familie mit kleinen Kindern wünscht… Hocker, Kinderstuhl und vor allem die Treppenabsperrung haben wir sehr geschätzt. Raquel hat an alles gedacht. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir haben hervorragend geschlafen und fahren mit weinenden Augen. Wir kommen wieder!

Had a very nice stay. Garry is a great host and responds quickly. Lovey house with alot of antiques made you feel like you stepped back in time. Perfect location, super easy to walk to everything. Walking through the park was just beautiful. Felt very safe too. The beds are most comfortable I have ever slept in. Do be sure to read the description carefully. No bathroom or kitchen on first floor. Kitchenette is really a laundry room with a fridge, you really couldn’t cook there. I feel there is only one bathroom with a useable shower and you must go through one of the bedrooms to get there. Others don’t have one that any of us felt safe climbing in and out of. The care taker who is in the property lives in the house on the main floor. Hence, no bathroom or kitchen as I’m sure he has them in his quarters. This house really makes you think how it was to live like gentility. Nice stay.

Tony was a fabulous host. Helpful, kind, accommodating and a beautiful place. We enjoyed the fire pit, watching people play golf, sitting on the outside porch, comfortable couch’s and beds.

This was my second time staying at Derrick's place. And, I will be a repeat guest, again. Great location, easy to get to, priced at a fair rate, comfortable accommodations, the house is equipped with everything you need, and a very knowledgeable and helpful host. I could not think of a flaw if I had to, absolutely zero complaints and nothing but good memories. I do not know if it is possible to find a better host.
