We had a good stay in boutique house. The only thing is there is a stinky smell from one of the room that we don’t know from where it’s coming from. And the pool is kinda cloudy, we felt like it is not clean however the caretaker assures us that they change the water every 3 months. The caretaker is always available which is good and the ambiance is so homey.

We enjoyed our stay at this place. The property is easy to locate. It is so spacious for our family of 6. Has complete amenities and kitchen tools that we were able to use. The rooms are spacious and clean.

We had an incredible time at this property! The space was perfect for our small team-building. The atmosphere was so peaceful and inviting which made it easy for us to bond and focus on team activities and plus points for the thermal pool . The caretaker were incredibly accommodating. Suggestion to have a bathroom outside so you dont have to wet the floring on the inside going to the bathroom from the pool. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing yet productive getaway. Will definitely return for future team events

This is my second time to stay here in this airbnb. The reason we booked it for the 2nd time was because we were amazed of how it looked the first time we visited, which was during Christmas season. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen and living room has all the amenities you will need, and the pool is cool for summer getaways. The caretakers are also very kind and attentive. Definitely, will come back again.

Celebrated my partner's birthday here with her dearest friends. The host was very responsive, the canva guide was very concise yet complete. Easy to reach even through commute, walkable from national road Very peaceful ambience, complete with tons of activities, board games, basketball ring + ball, archery, mahjong board, modern videoke set-up. Well planned interior, matched our cream theme. Spotless as well. The caretaker was very accommodating, easy to talk to, and super punctual. Personal favorite was the pool, the long table by the pool really hit the spot. The 4-6 ft pool depth was very enjoyable.

We had a wonderful staycation! Phillip was a great host. He responded to our queries promptly and made us feel very welcome. He even surprised us with a box of Cecilia's buko pie, which was a thoughtful touch. My kids especially loved the heated pool, it was a definite highlight for them. The rooms were clean, tidy, and comfortable. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

Die Unterkunft ist optimal geeignet, um mit einer philippinischen Familie eine schöne und erholsame Zeit zu verbringen. Urlauber, die hingegen eine Unterkunft mit vorwiegend europäischen Annehmlichkeiten erwarten, werden vermutlich eher enttäuscht sein. Meine Familie sowie die Familien der Geschwister meiner Frau hatten eine wundervolle Zeit und die Kinder hatten jede Menge Spaß im Pool. Einige Bereiche könnten zwar noch die ein oder andere Modernisierung vertragen (Küche), aber ansonsten ist die Unterkunft geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz zum Entspannen. Für Aufenthalte mit größeren Familien eine ganz klare Empfehlung unsererseits.

Thank you! We enjoy the place, ates/madams are very helpful offering everything and they are always cleaning the area. The place is very spacious. I hole that you change the check in and check out time depending on tides, because when we arrived we cannot enjoyed swimming in the front beach since it is very high tide with too much waves that makes water not clear until afternoon low tide. But when we check out at 10am the water in front beach is very calm and very clear water but we need to check out on time so we did not enjoyed the front beach. But very satisfied with the place! Will find this again soon!

I had a great stay at Prim Rose! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, although it was a bit difficult to get around without a car. Prim Rose was also a responsive and thoughtful host, making sure I had everything I needed. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place.

The place is very beautiful! All amenities in the listing were provided. The place was very clean as well! The caretakers of the home were very responsive. Additionally , the address provided is accurate so we were able to arrive at the destination without any hassle. The wifi is fast even though there are multiple gadgets connected. Also, water flow is strong. However, one improvement might be the electricity. Sometimes, it fluctuates. I believe the caretakers mentioned that they are using solar power also, which is good, but maybe some workaround is good. The fluctuation is unnoticeable at times but happens several times a day. As recommendations, hoping that the mic gets fixed so we get a higher score haha! Also, if possible that the jacuzzi will have heater. Overall, the place is still 5 stars!

We found a resting place for a busy day from Pasig to Batangas. Together with my adult children and a Shih Tzu, we enjoyed our 24hour stay. Thank you so much TJMR particularly the Kuya who was very helpful to us during our stay!

The General’s Villa is an amazing place. So quiet and peaceful. The host and the caretakers are always there to assist you. The place is clean, kitchenwares are complete. They even allowed us to stay a little longer without extra charges. Will highly recommend this place.

Such a lovely place. Amazing view, cosy combined dining and living room. Beautiful pool area and last but not least, the caretakers. This came as a pleasant surprise, but the caretakers not only made us feel welcome, they even offered to clean after our meals. Fantastic location for a getaway for your large family. Roads are a little bumpy though :)

What I liked most about Pina Colina is that it was affordable without compromising on quality. Despite the reasonable rates, we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. We specifically used the house for wedding prep and it was just perfect 👌🏻 The house is very clean and homey. Rooms are spacious with cabinets and hangers provided. The surroundings/vicinity is very peaceful and secured. My family even wanted to extend our stay. The host/s were very friendly and responsive as well. The place looked really good on vids and pics taken on our wedding day. I'm really glad I found this!

Karlo’s place was spacious and exactly as described. Our toddler loved the playground and the pool, while our dogs enjoyed having a large area to roam around. Everything was clean and well-organized, and the room felt even more spacious in person. Overall, we had a wonderful stay — highly recommended for families with kids and pets.

Our stay was a nice getaway from the hustle and Bustle. Home was cozy and private and made our stay relaxing. Would stay again!

The house was beautiful just like in the photos. Great place if you prefer a private location. Had lots of rooms and individual beds, so was perfect for our company outing. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. Tide was very low when we went, mostly sandy and calm water, so was good for small kids. We enjoyed the free paddle boards, just be careful there are sharp corals in some spots further out. Beach isn't as great as other more popular areas. Caretakers were kind and helpful. More food and water sports near Matabungkay beach about 10 minutes away but it's quite crowded and dense. Highlight was really the house, it was beautiful and relaxing, good for family or company bonding. Kit was very friendly, quick to reply, and provided complete details and recommendations. Thankful that we got to borrow her place.

We stayed with my friends last May 18-19 and we had a great vacation, the place is peaceful where you can really relax, the house is unique and clean, the kitchen amenities is awesome and complete, the pool is great, the bed is big. Ate Angie is very polite and always there to accommodate our needs. We will definitely come back and recommend this place. Thank you so much.

This place is absolutely stunning! It’s a modern space in the middle of peaceful nature. The rooms were new, beautiful, clean and picturesque. Everything looked like the photos and even better! We hired our own cooking services (2 cooks and an assistant) from Casa Navarro Catering and it was the best! We will definitely come back and book again. Highly recommended!

The area is spacious to accommodate our family, parking for our cars, the kids can run at the yard, the kitchen has all the things we needed, staffs are helpful and easy to reach, price is very good considering the place is really big! The jacuzzi is perfect we stayed at the pool till 3am because of this. Thank you alex💖

Teteth's place was a perfect home for our family outing. The instructions were all clear and easy to follow. Everything you need is provided as if it is your own home. We highly recommend their place if you want to relax with a provincial atmosphere.
