House was perfect for our needs. spacious, lots of beds, and even toys for the baby. the house looked exactly what the pictures looked like. Very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would really recommend this house.

I am extremely pleased with our choice of accommodation. My children had a wonderful experience, and I appreciated the peaceful surroundings. The provision of a bonfire ring was a nice touch, and the view was truly spectacular. While there was no television, we found alternative entertainment playing pool in the basement. The kids also enjoyed the hot tub immensely. The remote location was ideal for a relaxing getaway, and we departed feeling revitalized and inspired. This ranks among my most enjoyable Airbnb stays, and I highly recommend it. I plan to return in the future.

Mike’s home was absolutely beautiful. My boyfriend and I spent Easter weekend surrounded by beautiful trees, a flowing creek, and the tranquil sound of birds. We couldn’t get over how beautiful the property was. Inside the cabin was just as amazing. It was completely spotless. The kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed. All the appliances were updated and easy to use. The hot tub outside was a wonderful perk! We ended our day there after a long hike and it was perfect and relaxing. Mike was a fantastic host and was quick to reply to any of the questions that we had. He provided wonderful suggestions for hiking and breweries in the area. We had a small issue with the hot tub that he was able to walk us through with ease. He was fantastic the entire time and we are grateful to have been able to stay there. We hope to be back in the future! :)

Terrific little cabin with a great river view. New and ultra clean.

Had a wonderful stay here. The view overlooking the valley was amazing. Was very quiet and relaxing. There is a town across the river with lots of restaurants and shopping if you need anything. Only 15 mins away but you would never know with how remote this cabin is. The host was always quick with responses and super friendly. As we are only a couple hours away will definitely keep this place in my favorites for a relaxing getaway for my wife and myself.

This location is perfect for a weekend away from it all. no cell service and so remote! 😍 It is in a valley so it's more cold naturally. Everything in the home was as pictured. unfortunately for us someone used the gas grill wrong (as charcoal ruining it for us). Lydia was so responsive and was offering to bring us a new gas tank. This is a great couple and a wonderful place. Definitely worth your time in the quiet!

Beautiful home and property! Everything looks new and was clean. The decor was lovely and perfect for a cabin. Plenty of cookware and supplies for cooking. The game room and hot tub were really nice features and kept us entertained during a rainy weekend. There is access to the stream and trails but we didn’t have much luck catching fish. I was a bit disappointed that the dartboard wasn’t working properly but everything else worked well. They even had a cornhole setup. One layout downfall was the kids bunk bed room is next to the game room so we weren’t able to use it after the kids were sleeping. Just something to keep in mind with young kids. They didn’t have regular bed pillows, just the ones with shams that come with the bedding which was odd. We had a wonderful weekend overall and I would definitely recommend staying here. Penny was great to work with and always got back to us quickly.

Very peaceful and relaxing setting, and the home was very comfortable. Amenities as described; we had a great stay. Mitch was very responsive, friendly, and helpful.

We had a great couple of days at the cabin, highly recommend and would come again. Great hikes and fishing close by…. My daughter even caught her first fish!!! Super responsive host, very helpful

Great stay. Incredibly quiet and peaceful. Plenty of space in the house and very clean with very nice kitchen and bathroom. If inclement weather you’ll need 4WD for the access road.

This is the perfect little cabin in the woods! It was so peaceful and quiet. Everything about this place was just perfect. From location, to cleanliness, to communication with the host...we could not have found a better place to stay for the weekend. I cannot wait to come back and just spend a whole weekend sitting on the porch relaxing!

It is a beautiful place . The fence patio helps to contain dogs. It has a small stream of water flowing next to yard which you can play in with your dogs. Will definitely visit again.

This place is AMAZING! so well stocked we hardly had to bring anything. Patricia thought of everything. Peaceful quite and relaxing as we spent a beautiful winter storm in the cabin with our dog. Fire outside in the snow, listening to her LP's and the TV system...all just perfect. Will stay again!

Great cabin in a great location! Had a great kitchen area which was great for preparing meals after a long day on Penns Creek! We were very comfortable and secluded.

Great cabin nestled in the mountainous woods at the top of a hill. Nice winter views of the mountains. Lots of beds in the upstairs loft, comfortable bedding, and a well stocked kitchen! We really enjoyed the place. There is not heat/air conditioning in the 2 downstairs bedrooms, so we had to sleep with bedroom doors open to capture heat from the living area, but it was 7 degrees Fahrenheit when we were there, so that might only be a problem during extreme temperatures. Don't let that scare you away though, everything else about the place was terrifiic!

The place is right on a heavily used road. When you are out back you cannot hear the traffic but when you are in the living room you can hear a lot of trucks go by. We got use to it after being there for a day or two but just to let people know. Other wise the hot tub was relaxing and enjoyable. We had a little bit of snow so that was pretty too. Was a very homey place and would definitely stay again. We love places where our dogs are welcomed and they enjoyed themselves as well.

A wonderfully peaceful and relaxing weekend getaway! The cabin was perfect and exactly what we were looking for - cozy, welcoming, clean and beautiful views. The running creek was so calming to listen to in the evening, the kitchen very well stocked and the festive lights on the front porch helped to guide the way when we were driving back in the evening. We loved our stay at Chris and Rachel's Beechwood cabin! It was exactly what we were looking for - cozy and relaxing while being close to amazing state parks and trails; only 30 mins to Ricketts Glen and 10 mins to Worlds End State Park. Also Dutchman Falls is only 5 minutes away, and it's also beautiful. It was so nice to come back to this place and soak in the hot tub and the cozy fireplace. It even snowed while we were there which made it all the more cozy. They were such friendly, responsive and helpful hosts too. We highly recommend staying at Chris and Rachel's place if you're planning to visit Ricketts Glen and Worlds End State Park.

Lil cabin was in a beautiful area, surrounded by nature and parks to hike. Clean inside and out. Such a cute little place and had everything needed. Was able to cook meals each day with what was in the kitchen. Shower on the smaller side, but worked well with super hot water. Absolutely loved the area and recommendations left in a little binder. Perfect for our 1st New Years together and a peaceful getaway. Thank you!!! Highly recommend

We enjoyed the beautiful house that was well maintained in a beautiful location. Our grandkids came over one afternoon and enjoyed building a fire in the fire pit with their grandfather, walking to the creek to explore and making great memories!
