Only 2 miles from Stornoway ferry terminal and approximately 1.5 miles from the town centre, the pod is situated in front of my own home in the village of Guershader on the outskirts of Stornoway. This is an ideal location if you’re travelling through the Islands and looking for a short stop-over. Looking for a longer stay? We worked closely with our friends at the award winning Corr Cabins to create a tranquil and luxurious get away on the beautiful Isle of Skye! Cabin Beo is located beside our home and takes in the breathtaking views over Portree Bay and over to the Old Man of Storr, from its full size picture window. Here is our new well kitted out Pod.It has underfloor heating,hot water,two ring induction hob,fridge/freezer,kettle,toaster,fixed double bed,and sofa bed.For your comfort it has toilet,wash hand basin and shower.Also WiFi,alexa, tv/dvd,amazon fire stick (netflix/childrens tv etc).It is very comfortable and cosy, with super soft fluffy fleece bedding and a pure wool duvet. It also has a bbq area with seating and fire pit for chilled out evenings. The pod is at the end of a quiet village.

Skye Red Fox Retreat - stunning luxury glamping

The Red Fox Retreat is the ultimate luxury glamping getaway location. A twist on the more conventional ‘pod’, the cabin features a curved wood interior entered from an arched doorway in front of which is situated a perfectly appointed king sized bed with amazing views of the Trottenish Ridge and the croft (farmland) that surrounds the property. It is warm and cosy to protect against the elements and yet light and airy. The cabin is accessed via a spectacular large undercover deck area.

Heron's View

Heron's View is a lovely, light, airy, spacious and well presented glamping pod. It has all you need for a comfortable stay from a well kitted out kitchen, bathroom with full size shower to a comfortable sitting area. It has a double bed and the sofa converts to a double bed. It benefits from underfloor heating. It has an unique position with an uninterrupted view of the sea and surrounding landscape. It takes its name from the two Heron's that nest on the island opposite the pod.

Gael is a modern cabin on a working croft, which captures uninterrupted views over Portree bay, Ben Tianavaig and the Cuillin hills in the far distance. The cabin itself has a full height atrium which includes a functional kitchenette, seating area, log-burner and a three-piece bathroom suite. The mezzanine level is accessed by a wooden staircase featuring a comfortable double bed. Situated just off the Scorrybreach trail this is the perfect launchpad for your Skye adventure.
