This is a wonderful and charming entire home with arched doorways and half century old wooden floors. two large bedrooms with shiplap closets hold comfortable clean beds with lots of pillows in this quiet Levelland house. The washer and dryer are in the garage if you have a longer stay. The backyard has plenty of room to cook some steaks and enjoy the beautiful evenings and star filled skies. There is a large parking area for trailers and RVs if you are here for an event at The Mallet.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located home. Just 3 blocks from local favorites Brûlée Bakery, Good Line Brewery, Capital Pizza and J&B Coffee, and only 10 blocks from TTU. There are plenty of towels and extra linens available. Stackable washer and dryer. Down a few blocks is the Plaza Shopping Center. Home to J&B Coffee, a neighborhood coffee shop since 1979, Capital Pizza, 360 Medical Spa, and Food King grocery store. I have a camera on the front door monitoring the driveway.
