This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

anche se abbiamo trascorso solo una notte da Silvia possiamo dire che L'appartamento è bello e confortevole, le due camere sono spaziose, ideale per chi vuole soggiornare in 4, letti comodi. noi eravamo in 6 ed anche il divano letto è comodo; la sala grande quindi non ci sono problemi di spazio nemmeno quando è aperto. comodo il doppio bagno quando si è in tanti. si trova in una zona tranquilla. l'appartamento era ordinato e pulito. Host cordiale e accogliente; avevamo un impegno li vicino ed è stata molto gentile ad accoglierci all'orario che ci era più comodo. Lo consigliamo anche per le vacanze estive, se il prossimo anno saremo di nuovo in zona sarà la prima che contatteremo!

We hebben een aantal heerlijke dagen gehad. We bezochten Cinque Terre met de trein en lopend, we vonden Sestri Levante ook erg aangenaam en het centrum beloopbaar vanaf de gratis parkeerplaats bij het station in de buurt. Ons favoriete uitje was Portovenere. We hebben een tweetal prachtige wandelingen gemaakt naar een beekje en rondje bij Sestri Levante. Dit appartement is voor dagjes wandelen en stadjes bezoeken een heerlijke comfortabele uitvalsbasis. Heel hartelijk dank!

everything was perfect, the host waited for us despite our train was late for more than an hour, it was already past 11pm, and they checked with us if we had everything, the apartment was super clean, the garden was beautiful and the location also is pretty good. We had a great time!

Very nice property close to everything but far enough to have a quiet stay. Nice view, garden and pool. Monica made us dessert which was a plus.

If I could give more than five stars, I would! The apartment was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. Miriam and Roberto considered every detail—from the super comfy beds to the warm welcome. It's perfectly located near the central station, making it easy to catch trains to Cinque Terre. Miriam communicated promptly and warmly, offering helpful local tips. It’s clear they truly care about their guests' experience. Despite our early morning checkout, they came to see us off and even drove our heavy bags to the station—such a kind gesture! Their hospitality made us feel like we were visiting friends. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l’appartement de Daniella ! Il était confortable, bien équipé et au cœur du centre ville tout en étant accessible à pied depuis la gare. Idéal pour visiter La Spezia et les Cinque Terre !

Perfect apartment for our vacation of 6 days. Everything was like description! Albert response very quickly and helped wirth everything, The apartment was very close to beach and city center, also the apartment was large, very clean, the kitchen is full equiped. You will not regret if you choose this acomodation!

Modern, clean apartment with lots of space. Nice view of the sea of town. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need.

Fabulous location - right on the Main Street into Riomaggiore. You could really feel the ‘vibe’ when you opened the window. Serena was so lovely and even organised a car space for us which was very helpful. The apartment is light and airy and like everywhere in Riomaggiore the steps up to it are a killer, so just be careful.

Appartamento stupendo! Abbiamo soggiornato qua per tre giorni ed è stato tutto perfetto,dalla disponibilità di Massimo e suo padre nel fornirci tutte le indicazioni e i vari spunti su dove andare/cenare. L’appartamento è in una posizione molto comoda facilmente raggiungibile sia da Piazza Principe che da Brignole. Super disponibili e accoglienti Super consigliato!!!

L'appartement est situé à 10 minutes de la gare pour aller visiter les cinq terres en train c'était parfait. Merci à Emilia pour son accueil et ses conseils avisés.

Très bel appartement, spacieux, dans un quartier proche du centre-ville, avec toutes les fonctionnalités. Un hôte amical et réactif. La literie est très confortable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Il soggiorno presso l'appartamento è stato semplicemente perfetto, super fornito di qualsiasi comodità che possa tornar utile per far sentire l'ospite come a casa, pulizia impeccabile e Nicoletta sempre disponibile, precisa nelle comunicazioni e super gentile nell'averci fatto trovare, al nostro arrivo, dei pensieri di benvenuto sia per noi adulti (vino chianti con due calici!!) e sia per le nostre piccole . sicuramente in futuro se decideremo di tornare dalle parti di Viareggio, sapremo dove andare!! appartamento e host super consigliati!!!

Ficamos no apartamento da Giulia por 18 dias, trabalhando durante a semana e fazendo passeios aos fins de semana. Foi fantástico. O apartamento e a localização são perfeitos. A maioria dos pontos de interesse estão ao redor do apartamento. A Giulia foi impecável, nos dando várias informações úteis e sendo super amistosa. Altamente recomendável. Obrigado por tudo Giulia.

Bellissima casa in pieno centro a Genova. luca è sempre presente ad ogni richiesta ed è estremamente gentile. super consigliato!

Monterosso is the pick of the Cinque Terra towns, it is almost flat with many more dinning options, and it didn’t feel overrun by the crowds as they swarm off the train. The apartment is in the old part of town on the 4th floor with a lift which you don’t find often in Italy. It was perfect for our 3 night stay and is much nicer than the photos after a recent renovation. Don’t hesitate to book.

Appartement propre. Juste à côté de la gare pour les 5 terres. Seul inconvénient, c’est très compliqué de trouver une place pour se garer. Sinon pour le reste c’était très bien
