Mini gîte "Le petit fournil" en Normandie

Notre ancien fournil est une partie de notre corps de ferme. Au rez - de - chaussée, il est pourvu d'une cuisine équipée et d'une salle de douche avec toilettes. A l'étage, une chambre mansardée dispose de 3 lits indépendants. A l'extérieur, nos hôtes ont accès à une terrasse privée avec du mobilier de jardin. Pour le petit déjeuner, nous vous proposons du pain fabriqué à la ferme à partir des céréales cultivées par nos soins. Proche de la voie verte, les promeneurs apprécieront cette halte.

Notre logement (13 personnes max) est proche de Caen (25 mn) et de la mer dans une très belle campagne du pré-bocage en Normandie. Facile d'accès par voiture, train et aéroport. Vous apprécierez notre logement pour sa beauté, la campagne, le repos, ses chevaux (équitation possible), les massages et la piscine couverte et chauffée. Idéal pour familles de 4 à 10 personnes. La 4eme chambre est un très grand couloir, Je mets donc très souvent une chambre en plus de l'annexe pour plus de confort.

Dans le coeur historique de Caen, à coté de la mairie et de l'abbaye aux hommes, appartement ancien entierement renové de 65m2, RDC lumineux sur cour et jardin, comprenant une cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée, salon avec canapé convertible, chambre lit double, salle de bain avec douche et baignoire. Une terrasse plein sud avec vue sur un jardin clos et ensoleillé, parking possible dans la cour. Télévision, wifi, table et fer à repasser, sèche cheveux, linge de toilette et de lit fourni.
