Petite maison en pierre, indépendante, située au coeur du bourg de Pomarède. Pomarède est situé à 10 min en voiture de Prayssac (et de tous ses commerces de proximité), à 5 min de Frayssinet-le-Gélat (boulangerie, superette, plan d'eau) et à 35 min en voiture de Cahors. De belles balades à pied ou en vélo sont à faire aux alentours. L'été, de part son orientation et sa pierre, la maison vous permettra d' être au frais.

Sa grande terrasse en travertin traversé par un grand noyer vous permettra de profiter de magnifiques couchers de soleil.
