The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of a „ Gründerzeit Wohnhaus“ with lift and a nice backyard view. Public transport and activities Discover Vienna without the need of privat or public transport. Famous Viennese cafes and restaurants will spoil yo(URL HIDDEN) and the nightlife of Vienna is just a few steps away. Relax in a typical Viennese cafe with the world wide known gateau’s and a great selection of newspapers and first class piano. Or take your chance in the stores, the fantastic shopping malls and the markets of Vienna. Our 75 m² big apartment is close to the Urania between Wien Mitte ( U3;U(URL HIDDEN) and Praterstern ( U1 ) and old town. In our apartment we have rich and updated information about Vienna for you. Take part of the cultural life, the concerts, vernissages, musicals offered by the pusating city. Sight and famous places in our neighborhoods A stroll will lead you along the Donaukanal passing the well known Urania observatory. Next is the Ringstraße with its famous buildings and Palais. The Ringstraße is just outside the former city wall of old Vienna. Following the Kai you will come to Vienna’s famous pedestrian precinct which leads you to St. Stephens Cathedral ( about 20 min away from our apartment ). In the north of Donaukanal you will find after 500m the Wiener Prater, with its landmark the Riesenrad. Surrounded by the Prater-Auen which are perfect to relax. For runners we’ve got a 15km long track. But maybe you prefer the Hundertwasser house which is just e stone’s throw from here. Our Apartment Description of the Apartment: The spacious 75m² Designer-Apartment completely renovated and suitable for 1-4 persons. 1 sleeping room, cabinet, living room with convertible sofa that sleeps 2, perfect equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, separated toilet, storeroom and entrance area(URL HIDDEN) Located in a private house, 3rd floor, elevator available. Non smoking, no pets. Equipment: The Apartment is furnished on high standard an well sorted. We supply: 1 TV (cable), Mobil phone or fixed telephone connection, internet connection, hairdryer, washing machine, dish washer, stove with oven, fridge with freezing, coffee machine, plenty of dishes and cutlery, basics like linen, towels, shoeshine, iron utilities and umbrellas can be used free of charge. Additional equipment: baby bed and baby chair on demand, ironing board and electric iron, vacuum cleaner. . Bikes on demand free of charge. Day of arrival and day of departure free of agreement. In der Pension Sacher - Apartments am Stephansplatz hat jedes der drei gemütlichen großen Zwei-Zimmer-Apartments eine persönliche Note. Wir können kein bestimmtes Apartment zusagen. Alle bieten einen beeindruckenden Blick auf den Stephansdom. Diese Apartments sind zwischen 58 m² und 60 m² groß und verfügen über Vorzimmer mit voll eingerichteter Küche, Badezimmer, Sat-TV, Mobiltelefon sowie Klimatisierung. Die Reinigung erfolgt täglich vormittags an Werktagen und ist im Preis inbegriffen.

The apartment is located in a building designed by the renowned architect Ernst Hiesmayr, directly adjacent to the park of the Theresianum, the former summer residence of Empress Maria Theresa. The apartment itself, like all the other apartments in the building, has been newly renovated to meet modern standards. In addition, a designer and artist has been brought in to breathe a pleasant degree of design and liveliness into the apartments.

Praterloft 35 (WU Campus, Messe)

We used high-quality materials throughout the Praterloft flats (we are architects after all!) We are sure you will be delighted by the solid hardwood floors, wood windows and a matching color scheme. There are 14ft vaulted ceilings throughout and plenty of natural light from the south-facing windows. The flats are furnished with a mix of antiques and modern classics and even custom made pieces.
