Hochkar kayak merkezine oldukça yakın ve şirin bir kasabada yer alan bu eve bayıldık. 4 kişi geldik ve ev tam donanımlıydı. Kesinlikle harikaydı.

Sehr netter und hilfsbereite Vermieter 😊 auch die Apartments sind super, es ist alles vorhanden. Kann ich auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

This was my 3rd stay at Dan's place, everything was perfect again and I felt right at home. It's my go to place when staying in Amstetten. Thanks Dan :)

Helmut was a very responsive host. His place was spotless clean, spacious and very comfortable. Everything you could wish for, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer and a lovely touch a bottle of chilled wine. The garden area was lovely to relax after a day out walking. We found the location perfect as we were attending a concert at Burg Clam and Helmut gave us a taxi recommendation which offered a shared shuttle to and from the venue. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend

We loved staying at Helmut’s apartment. The space is large, it was quiet, a great environment for walking, yet close by (with a car) to Ottensheim for large supermarkets and a delightful town. Helmut and Daniela were genuinely nice people, who welcomed us from the moment we arrived. My husband and I look forward to returning to Gramastetten, and we recommend Helmut’s apartment to anyone staying in the area.

Krásné, čisté, stylově zařízené ubytování s výhledem na jezero Attersee. K dispozici bylo vše, co nás jen napadlo (gril, venkovní posezení, lehátka, sauna, místo na uskladnění kol). Co jsme velice ocenili, byla soukromá pláž přímo na břehu jezera s chatičkou na převlékání a možností půjčení malé loďky; zde jsme si po celou dobu uschovali nafouknutý padleboard. Katharina je velice milá hostitelka, stále k dispozici. Každý den se zeptala, co máme v plánu, popřípadě poradila nějaké tipy.

Stunning property with breathtaking views. Just a perfect place to stay with friends and their three dogs.

We have stayed at many Airbnbs over the years but this has been one of the most special. An attractive, clean and tidy family home, with wonderful grassy garden space comprising a large veranda, outdoor seating, large trampoline, and an exceptional swimming pool. All set in a peaceful rural environment, with woods and endless walking, running or cycling on the doorstep. The house is perfect for families or those seeking tranquility, with or without a mix of physical activity. Other highlights include Moorea the friendly cat, the garden fire pit, fruit and vegetables from the garden, the incredible night sky, and the spooky, autonomous lawn robot that comes out at night ;) Bad Leonfelden centre or nearby supermarkets are a convenient 10 min walk. We were welcomed by Thomas's attentive and friendly dad who also took care of the pool. Thomas himself responded instantly to any enquiries we had. It has been a memorable stay in your beautiful family home, Thomas. Thank you!

Wir hatten mit den Kinder eine sehr schöne Zeit gehabt. Die Unterkunft und Lage ist top. Unsere Kids konnten dort im Garten toben, auf dem Trampolin hüpfen oder drinne mit etlichen Spielen spielen. In der Nähe haben wir tolle Ausflugsziele wie die Ruine Scharnstein, das Skigebiet Kasberg, den Wildpark Cumberland, den Almsee, den Traunsee und die Eurotherme "Aquapulco " besucht. Ein Highlight war für unsere Kids der Bauernhof oberhalb der Unterkunft. Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise haben uns Eike und Verena mit Tipps und Ideen versorgt und somit geholfen unseren Urlaub so schön wie möglich zu machen. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür 😀

We enjoyed our stay here so much! The house is very nice, quiet, spacious and comfortable. We were impressed by the very big attention to the small details, as you can find everything you need there for the stay. We and our kids enjoyed the big cozy living room, terrace in the amazing apple tree garden with the flowers. You can find lots of interesting places for some sightseeing - Wels, Linz etc. are just 15-20 away by car. For the kids we would strongly recommend Wels science museum and small city routes + zoo. Small bakery is 4 min on foot from the house, supermarkets/cafes are also very near. The host is super hospitable, thanks a lot for all the recommendations provided.

Die Zeit bei Sigrid war sehr schön! Die Wohnung ist superschön! Toll eingerichtet, super sauber und man hat alles, was man braucht! Die Kommunikation mit Sigrid war auch super. Sie ist sehr nett, hat immer gute Tips für Unternehmungen und tolle Restaurants! Alles in allem haben wir eine erholsame, angenehme Zeit bei Sigrid verbringen dürfen! Vielen lieben Dank 😊!

Margits und Haralds Wohnung ist eine echte 5-Sterne Unterkunft. Super sauber, modern eingerichtet und gemütlich. Die beiden sind unglaublich herzliche Gastgeber und haben uns immer wertvolle Tipps zum erkunden der Region gegeben. Die Unterkunft ist ohne Zweifel wärmstens zu empfehlen!

Thank you for such a lovely stay! We really enjoyed the space - it was not large, but perfect for our family of three (two kids could easily sleep in the bunk beds!). We arrived at the place after a few days without a kitchen in a previous AirBnb and having access to a well stocked, complete kitchen really made us feel at home. We really liked the location - close to the river and a few small shops and restaurants not too far. We had a great stay in this sweet spot.

The stay in the apartment was very successful. The modern design and cleanliness were outstanding. The self-check-in process was a significant advantage, providing convenience and reducing wait times. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. Highly recommend!

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen, wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ruhig gelegen ist man innerhalb von wenigen Minuten in der Natur und kann die Landschaft Österreichs genießen. Des weiteren haben wir uns sehr über den leckeren Wein, sowie die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten in Form von Schokolade gefreut. Wir können die Unterkunft guten Herzens zu 100% weiter empfehlen.

Good Host & Good Location to stay

Staying at Nuki was an amazing experience. Everything was clean, modern and comfortable. It is more than a rental place - it is like coming back to home. To be honest we did nt want to go out as the apartment itself was an experience and we and our 2 kids spend good time there.. All the equipment, utensils, the kitchen supplies including spices were more than any rental space provides usually. We also love the garden area with the grill and seating. We have stayed in many airbnbs before and this place was one of the best. We would love to stay there again. Thanks alot

The place is clean and cozy. The tram stop is just 2 minutes away, and it's only one stop to the main train station from there. We were very happy with our choice to stay at Sabina's place for our trip to Linz and will definitely come back next time!
