Der Troadkasten ist ein alter Getreidespeicher, ein traditonell gezimmertes Hozhaus, das wir liebevoll zum gemütlichen Chalet umgestaltet haben. Das Häuschen befindet sich direkt auf unserem Bio-Bergbauernhof auf 1100 m Seehöhe und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Dein Rückzugsort für eine ruhige Auszeit oder Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge im Naturpark Almenland in der Steiermark. Hunde sind gerne willkommen, es laufen Hühner, Katzen und Hofhund Luna frei am Hof herum.

Bärbel´s Panoramahütte

Bärbel´s Panoramahütte ist für Selbstversorger 40 m2 gross mit eigener Terrasse und sauna stockbett 120 breit eine richtige kuschel hütte und liegt im Ski- und Wandergebiet Präbichl in der Steiermark. Die Hütte verfügt über eine Sonnenterasse und einer Aufguss-Sauna. Der im Wohnraum befindliche Schwedenofen sorgt wohlende Wärme. Am praebichl gibt es zahlreiche wandermöglichkeiten klettersteige, kletterpark und sanften Tourismus. Für Informationen stehe ich gerne zur Verfügung.

It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely. Full day, no matter what season. Absolutely no noise from cars, construction sites or anything else. Wifi !!

Our rentable space includes one bedroom with a double bed, desk and TV, one bathroom with a shower, as well as a kitchen with a dining area. Wi-Fi is available. There is no washing machine in the apartment, however, in accordance with us, there is the possibility to wash your clothes. Feel free to use our garden. Parking space is available. Rural Retreat with all comfort

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Naturschutzgebiet Grüner See,Berge, Wald, Wiese, Badesee. Bachlauf an der Grundstücksgrenze.. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen komfortablem Bett, Licht, Küche, Gemütlichkeit, schöne Terasse, eigener Garten für die Gäste. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer, Familien mit 2 Kindern (in der Wohnküche befindet sich eine ausziehbare Schlafcouch) .

Neue Wohnung im Zentrum von Graz für 2-3 Personen

Sehr zentral gelegene 50m² Wohnung mit eigenem Garten und eigenem Parkplatz im Innenhof. Die Wohnung wurde im März 2024 komplett generalsaniert und neu eingerichtet. Fußläufig ist die Stadthalle (Messe) und der Jakominiplatz (zentraler Öffi-Knoten) in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Direkt bei der Wohnung ist zudem eine Straßenbahnstation, die direkt zum Hauptplatz und weiter zum Hauptbahnhof fährt.

Gratis W-LAN und Parkplatz vorhanden. In unserem Apartment sind Hunde willkommen, es wird eine zusätzliche Endreinigungspauschale von € 25,-- verrechnet.
