The loft was lovely - the pictures don't do it justice. Top-of-the-line appliances, plenty of towels, blankets, cookware, and Wes was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Spacious apartment with a big kitchen but several restaurants within a reasonable walking distance. The bed was comfy oh and the couch is great for an afternoon nap as well. Love the extra security of people having to know the code to get into the building.

Cathy’s apartment was perfect for our weekend in Davidson. We were visiting the College and we were able to walk to campus easily. It was just perfect for our needs. Cathy is friendly, very helpful and accommodating. We will be back.

The house was in a nice neighborhood and only a few minutes from downtown. It was very clean and spacious.

This place is very welcome very cozy very clean with a beautiful view of the mountains. Very quiet and relaxing place .we enjoyed our vacation and we will come back . Great location and clean house! Lots of space for our family of 5. Very functional with a bathroom in each bedroom and large living area space. Clean and maintained. Whitney was a very responsive host and check in was easy. Will definitely stay there again!

Comfortable, cozy, had everything we needed, very clean, amazing location, was close to everything including ETSU which was why we were there. Yard was so beautiful to lool at. Can't wait to stay again.

Just as shown on listing. Older home in quiet older neighborhood. Nice that all bedrooms have smart televisions. Very comfortable beds.

As all the reviews share, this is a convenient location to enjoy all that South End has to offer. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a very comfortable bed. Be sure to follow the house instructions and do not lock yourself out of the apartment! I did make that mistake and was very thankful that the host was in town and came to our rescue.

Perfect spot between Boone and banner elk. Great for a couple who is got a lot of activities planned.

Eli's place was just what we were looking for. Simple, free of clutter and in a safe neighborhood. Parks we're close so that was nice with kids.

Though it’s close to the main road, you need four-wheel drive in winter to get to this condo. We got stuck and could not reach the condo- ended up driving to the next town for snow chains as that was the only way to get there. It’s a nice place and very close to Beech Mountain but important to be aware of accessibility in winter.

Fabby is a wonderful host! The beautiful unit was well stocked with everything we needed. I see the care Fabby puts into making guests very comfortable for their stay. We adored being so close to the slopes. We could see the chair lift from the balcony. I highly recommend this location. We would love to return.

We stayed 8 nights. Spotlessly clean , clutter free, much larger than the photos. An abundance of paper towels, quality, toilet paper, tissues & coffee pods. 20+ units nestled in a lovely country neighborhood yet a short drive , 6 minutes away from restaurants and grocery stores. They’re called condos, but are more like townhouses, very private. Beautiful view of the water from the little back deck. Honestly I feel they could charge more. We would absolutely stay again.
