We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Convenient location with free on-site parking, bus stop to city right outside the property, cafes and grocery stores nearby. Easy self check-in and you'll have the entire house to yourself. You'll have everything you need to feel at home, including a fully equipped kitchen, luxury bathroom and laundry. An ideal space to explore Hobart and beyond!

Laneway hideaway

Our architect designed, garden roof cabin was built in 2020 to take in views across they valley to knocklofty. North facing the sun warms this house with the passive solar design maintaining a steady temperature. To complement this there is a wood fire for grey days and a sliding door and bifold windows for hot ones. Ply lining and exposed rafters give the house a cabin feel creating a retreat feeling. Different outdoor spaces provide great options to soak in the sun and neighbourhood.

Inner city oasis

The modern studio is nestled in a luxurious garden providing a sense of serenity at the rear of our 130-year-old heritage house. Warm up next to the wood-fire after a short stroll to the local restaurants, bars and cafes located in North Hobart. Situated within 1.9km of the CBD and 2.8km to Salamanca waterfront, there is a bus stop at the end of the street. A microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and fridge are provided for your convenience, as well as a BBQ on your private deck.

Lenah Valley Retreat - Beautiful Annex

Beautiful annex in a peaceful garden, near to the chic restaurants and cafés of trendy North Hobart. The tastefully decorated double bedroom has lots of natural light, a double bed, a private en suite and breakfast facilities. Outside is a gorgeous terrace and garden, with comfy outdoor furniture, awnings to protect from the rain and sun, a gas grill, and a shared utility room. This is the perfect place to unwind while you explore the city and enjoy the delights of Tasmania.

Emily's Place in Lenah Valley - with GREAT VIEWS

A sunny, modern living with stunning views. This rental unit was fully renovated recently and prepared to make you feel like at home. Central location, but in a quite street and beautiful neighbourhood. 10 minute to Hobart CBD, 7 minutes to North Hobart, 15 minutes to Mona and 25 minutes to Airport. You will have a whole self contained unit with 3 bedrooms, huge living, sitting areas and a large kitchen. The place has 1.5 bathroom. This rental unit is located upstairs.

Have fun with the whole family at this modern Lenah Valley residence, with beautiful views of Mount Wellington (Kunanyi) from the living areas, balconies and bedrooms. 3 bedrooms provides space for the whole family or larger groups, with additional sofa bed to allow for flexible sleeping arrangements. Garage equipped with electric vehicle (Tesla) wall charger, top up overnight for day trips around the region!

Connie the Caravan: a private getaway

Connie is a vintage caravan positioned perfectly among the poplar trees to give guests a little hideaway to relax and enjoy themselves. Connie can sleep up to two adults with a proper innerspring mattress. A bathroom with shower and toilets is very close by, as is a kitchen guests can use if required. The kitchen has a fridge, hot plates, microwave and dishwasher.
