Great place to stay, great host!

Beautiful location, just a short walk to Siesta Key beach or the town there. The house had everything you could possibly need for cooking, cleaning, laundry, the beach, etc. The host, Billie, was also very nice and responsive. Highly recommend this stay as it was a great experience!

We enjoyed our stay! Andrew is a wonderful host and would stay again. He is friendly and very responsive to any questions that we had. His place is in a very safe neighborhood and close to stores. Great place!

The gated entrance is reassuring and gives a sense of safety and security. There was also a well put together binder with a lot of helpful information about the area. The place (uncluding the outside area) was beautiful, comfortable, and quiet. Host is incredibly responsive. I loved the view from the windows! Many beaches to visit within 20 to 30 minutes. I would certainly stay again. A couple notes in case it's important to someone: 1. The shower head doesn't produce much water pressure and doesn't come out of the head correctly. It was sort of spattering in all directions. 2. There is no Snorkeling equipment as the listing suggests. Overall, it was a great short stay with wonderful hosts and, as stated earlier, I would stay again.

We can’t say enough good things about Dune Our Thing! We had the best stay and really fell in love with Siesta Key. The condo was beautiful, comfortable and impeccably clean and decorated. The view of the ocean was great and it was so nice to open the patio door and hear the ocean. We loved how easy it was to get from SRQ to this condo—very easy drive and great location. We actually really liked staying near turtle beach…it was more private and quiet than other areas and the beach access was simple and close—just a walk over the dune. Shell hunting was really great on this beach. We rented a car, but we also used the free trolley and the frog hop service when we didn’t feel like parking. I can’t say enough good things about our host—they were so helpful and had our place stocked with holiday goodies and a welcome gift for our 4-year old son. We will be back, and likely to stay in this same place again. Thank you so much, we highly recommend!!

We LOVED this space! It was very clean and recently renovated. It’s bigger than the pictures show. Teresa does a great job communicating back quickly with anything I needed. Bed was comfy, more than enough parking, a hose outside to wash sand/salt water off, lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, sand rakes, and sifters to use for shark tooth hunting at the beach (I bought a floating sifter off FB Marketplace). Only a 10 min walk to the beach. We would drive to the beach in the AM with our equipment and walk back to eat lunch in the Airbnb, so not to deal with parking at the beach once it became crowded. The unit had everything we needed! Publix grocery store and Walmart is 10 mins away. We will absolutely be back next year! Thank you Teresa!

Ed & Bunny’s provided such a wonderful place to stay! My husband and I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Everything was exactly as described and very easy to get to from the Sarasota/Bradenton airport. It was also close to the beach! They are absolutely wonderful hosts and we hope to have an opportunity to stay again!

Anna’s place was as advertised…….very clean…..comfortable and a short walk to the mineral springs…..

We had a wonderful stay at Vanessa and Nicole's Sarasota home! The place was very clean, organized, and it was cozy. It exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to go back! They gave great recommendations for restaurants, attractions, and local gems. They were very helpful and responsive too. I definitely recommend their home for a weekend getaway or a week long vacation.

We loved our stay at this condo! It was right in the heart of town, which was very convenient for things to do. Also only a 5 min walk to the beach which was wonderful. The host was extremely helpful and quick to respond.

Lovely, private, peaceful place to stay in Sarasota. It was perfect for the 2 of us and much bigger than expected. Nice outdoor area to sit and relax. 100 recommended!

the Sweeneys were great! we stayed here during a hunting trip at Babcock ranch preserve, its 20 minutes straight down the road. the house is only 5 minutes from a Winn Dixie and a gas station in case you forgot anything, the beds were comfy, the washer and dryer work perfectly, the shower and bathroom were perfect as well. very pleased with sandy's place and if we end up back in that part of town again I will be sure to book it again!

We had a great trip and easy trips to many of the local and surrounding area beaches. We felt safe in the area, although the HOA needs to do a better job of updating exterior aesthetics of the complex. Inside was nice and livable!

Me, my wife and 2 kids (ages 3 and 1) had a wonderful stay. It was our first time in Venice. I love how the setup was minimal but cute and homey. I asked for a pack n play last minute and it was still there upon arrival. The place is pretty new, super nice. Tim was super friendly and helpful. We will have to come back for sure!

Mitch was a superb host and very responsive. The condo was very clean and as described as in the Airbnb listing. We enjoyed the Heritage Landing community and would pick this place again!! Thanks Mitch!!!

Absolutely 10/10! The location and layout were unbeatable. We were a group of ten girls, and the house had more than enough space for everyone to feel comfortable. Just steps from the beach and a short walk into town—seriously, you can’t ask for a better spot. The home itself exceeded our expectations; it’s even better than the photos! The top floor had beautiful high ceilings, making it feel bright and spacious. We also loved the multiple balconies and access to a shared pool. One quick heads-up: we did have a little incident with the elevator where someone got briefly stuck. It was resolved quickly, and to be fair, the house notes do recommend using it only for groceries or bags—so that was on us. Just wanted to mention it so others can be mindful!

Very cute boho type studio apartment. Very nice quaint backyard. Nice quiet neighborhood. Very close to beaches and shopping. Plenty to see and do. Liked the bikes and hot tub. Great additions.

this place is great perfect for a quick get away. it's so close to the beach, tons of restaurants nearby. also Chris was very kind an responsive he had beach chairs an canopy that came in handy. cain't forgot about the hot tub it was perfect to end the night and relax.

My two boys and I truly enjoyed the condo. It was clean, tidy, roomy, well-equipped, and conveniently located. The community was quiet and peaceful. My boys loved the pool and I loved the hot tub. We were extremely pleased. While we were given a unit that differed from our original request, we understood the reason given and we were in no way disappointed with the new arrangement. The unit was perfect for us and we would definitely return. Bea and her assistant were quick to respond to my questions prior to arrival. We had no issues during our stay, so we never needed to communicate while we were there. Check-in and check-out were both extremely easy.
