We had a good stay in boutique house. The only thing is there is a stinky smell from one of the room that we don’t know from where it’s coming from. And the pool is kinda cloudy, we felt like it is not clean however the caretaker assures us that they change the water every 3 months. The caretaker is always available which is good and the ambiance is so homey.

We enjoyed our stay at this place. The property is easy to locate. It is so spacious for our family of 6. Has complete amenities and kitchen tools that we were able to use. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The hosts were accommodating, gave clear instructions on going to the location, recommended places to go like malls and restos nearby. They made us feel like their place is our home too by constantly checking on us if we have any concerns or needs; They even surprised us with a welcome buko pie which is famous in Tagaytay. The rooms were cozy, the kitchen and dining was so spacious , bathrooms and other rooms were clean, the heated pool brought warmth to the kids while enjoying swimming and the basketball court was big as well where we had fun playing. Overall, our stay in their home was a wonderful experience despite of our short stay. I recommend this place because it is worth staying. Thank you!

Great stay! Will definitely come back

This is my second time to stay here in this airbnb. The reason we booked it for the 2nd time was because we were amazed of how it looked the first time we visited, which was during Christmas season. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen and living room has all the amenities you will need, and the pool is cool for summer getaways. The caretakers are also very kind and attentive. Definitely, will come back again.

Celebrated my partner's birthday here with her dearest friends. The host was very responsive, the canva guide was very concise yet complete. Easy to reach even through commute, walkable from national road Very peaceful ambience, complete with tons of activities, board games, basketball ring + ball, archery, mahjong board, modern videoke set-up. Well planned interior, matched our cream theme. Spotless as well. The caretaker was very accommodating, easy to talk to, and super punctual. Personal favorite was the pool, the long table by the pool really hit the spot. The 4-6 ft pool depth was very enjoyable.

My family and I had a great time staying at One Pomelo Casitas! The location is convenient—just about 20 minutes after CALAX. We're from QC and left around 11 AM to account for traffic, but to our surprise, we arrived a little past 12 noon! We did have to wait a bit for the caretaker to finish cleaning since the previous guests had just checked out. Overall, we’re definitely planning to come back. We just hope they consider adding a common CR so we don’t have to enter the room every time (and get the floors wet), and maybe check the refrigerator—it’s spacious but didn’t seem to get cold enough. Still, it was definitely worth the price. Thank you!

Miss Alma was very responsive and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay. The children enjoyed the pool and even us, adults. It’s very cozy, really feels like home.

Great place to stay. There's an alphamart right below the place where you can also park your car. The layout of the place was great. All the bedrooms were spacious and cozy. You can also get access to the rooftop to hangout/sing karaoke. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lipa!

We found a resting place for a busy day from Pasig to Batangas. Together with my adult children and a Shih Tzu, we enjoyed our 24hour stay. Thank you so much TJMR particularly the Kuya who was very helpful to us during our stay!

The General’s Villa is an amazing place. So quiet and peaceful. The host and the caretakers are always there to assist you. The place is clean, kitchenwares are complete. They even allowed us to stay a little longer without extra charges. Will highly recommend this place.

Place is very convinient since its near the gate, you'll never get lost.Just beside The Mills where you can do a lot of activities. Near nuvali and carmelray business park, i enjoyed jogging in morning and walking with my daughter in afternoon. Big place with a quiet neighborhood.

This listing is fantastic. It had everything we needed. It is also very spacious. The rooms comfortably allow 22 pax sleeping on comfortable bed spaces unlike other listings where they say it accommodates more but means some of the guests need to sleep on sofa beds or mattresses. The common areas can accommodate 2x of our group size of 19 so there's a lot of room for everybody. The kitchen and amenities are all complete. There's a lot of pocket spaces / lounge as well which can accommodate smaller groups. Parking space is also ample and can fit I think almost 8 cars in total so there's really plenty of room for everyone. It's amazing and I can't wait to have something to celebrate so I have an excuse of going back again. I think it's worth it for the price honestly. Similar listings are priced exorbitantly high. Melanie's place is worth every peso we spent. I already had at least 5 friends asking for the AirBnB link!

We spent Christmas here and it was wonderful through and through. It was clean and spacious - a treat to have found it a few days before Christmas eve. The old world charm was relaxing and nostalgic, and the host and caretaker's service and responsiveness were excellent. Already making plans to go back! The area is spacious to accommodate our family, parking for our cars, the kids can run at the yard, the kitchen has all the things we needed, staffs are helpful and easy to reach, price is very good considering the place is really big! The jacuzzi is perfect we stayed at the pool till 3am because of this. Thank you alex💖

Teteth's place was a perfect home for our family outing. The instructions were all clear and easy to follow. Everything you need is provided as if it is your own home. We highly recommend their place if you want to relax with a provincial atmosphere.

10/10 – Would definitely book again with friends! We chose this property because we were looking for a private and cozy spot to celebrate and unwind and it did not disappoint! The place is spacious, homey, and had everything we needed for a comfortable, fun stay. Miss Ana was such a thoughtful host. She even welcomed us with a sweet gesture: fresh pineapples and bananas waiting for us when we arrived! There’s convenient parking just outside the property, which was super important for us. Towels and basic toiletries were also provided - just one less thing to worry about. We spent the night playing music, singing our hearts out on karaoke, and exchanging stories till the early hours. While there’s no aircon in the living room, we simply opened the doors of the two bedrooms with AC units and let the cool air flow - it worked like a charm!

My family and I had a great time in this place! The whole area is more aesthetic in person than in the pictures. The view is breathtaking and the rooms are very comfy and spacious. We specifically used the house for wedding prep and it was just perfect 👌🏻 The house is very clean and homey. Rooms are spacious with cabinets and hangers provided. The surroundings/vicinity is very peaceful and secured. My family even wanted to extend our stay. The host/s were very friendly and responsive as well. The place looked really good on vids and pics taken on our wedding day. I'm really glad I found this!
