The perfect city getaway, our Anilao private villas boast its prime beachfront location, fronting Balayan Bay and many of Anilao’s most renowned dive spots. Staying in our villas is private and relaxing. Next door to a number of Anilao’s most established resorts, such as Solitude Acacia and Casa Escondida. 2 kayaks and 4 snorkels available for free. Our villas have smart TVs equipped with Netflix. Our wifi speed is around 80 mbps. PLEASE READ ALL DESCRIPTION BELOW to manage expections!

Welcome to Casa de Ligaya (House of Joy)! This is our "happy place" that lets you relax, enjoy the scenic view of the sea, and escape from the bustling urban life. The house is a two-storey modern rustic structure decorated with native wooden furniture. On the upper floor you have the common area and Ioft for people to hang out and rest. On the ground floor you have the living room, lounging area, and a separate private room. There is also a “casita” structure behind the main house.

Three level townhouse, overlooking the sea, elegantly designed for comfort and recreation. The main door, living room, dining room, balcony and fully-equipped kitchen are located in the mid level. Two bedrooms with lofts are located in the top level and another bedroom and the game room are located in the lower level. The game room leads to the garden with a picnic table and grill. A few minutes walk will bring you to the beach.
