Can’t say enough great things about Sarah, our host, and the Airbnb. We were there for a week with our family, including children. The location is ideal. Very close to Dublin City centre and Castleknock is a beautiful neighbourhood with great restaurants and shops. We can’t say enough great things about our stay! We will definitely come back!

Nos alojamos en casa de Dianne durante 2 semanas. Nuestro grupo estaba formado por 3 adultos y 3 niños. Dundrum es un buen barrio para alojarse en Dublín con un centro comercial cercano y el centro de la ciudad a unos 40 minutos en Luas. En la casa tuvimos todo lo que necesitábamos para estar cómodos. El espacio, los cochones y la ducha perfectas. La comunicación con Dianne fue muy fluida desde el primer momento y estuvo pendiente de nosotros por si necesitábamos algo durante la estancia. Dentro de la casa están las instrucciones necesarias para el saber manejarte tanto en la casa como en el barrio. Recomiendo este alojamiento a cualquier viajero que quiera pasar unos días en Dublín y sentirse como en casa.

THIS IS WHERE YOU SHOULD STAY! Stop scrolling and book Lex’s place now! This was the most magical stay ever not only does Lex’s immediately feel like home it’s a home full of art, style and personality that just adds to your trip to Dublin and makes you feel like you are getting a glimpse into real life instead of just being a tourist. We ate amazing food, and saw everything from the book of Kells to the Temple bar district and did it all just by walking 10-18 minutes in all directions. We also rented a car to go longer distances outside of the city and had no problems getting parking on the street right outside. Lex was also an amazing host communicated quickly and he gave lots of personalized recommendations and left us snacks and treats that were so thoughtful. This was one of our best stays ever at an Airbnb and next time we come back to Ireland we would definitely book Lex’s place again in a heartbeat.

Peaceful cozy stay! Harry was extremely helpful and gave great recommendations! The neighborhood is quiet and a near a beautiful park. We had a lovely time.

The cottage was so nice, clean and homely. Very clean and matched the photos. The just was very responsive to any questions asked. Beautiful town, very friendly locals. Beds very comfortable and clean! A small row of cottages …. But very private! …. The kids loved the beach (this beach goes on for as far as the eye can see) lots of lovely little shops in the village. This cottage is definitely a home from home and we will definitely be returning to stay in the future, thank you to the host for making our stay stress free and enjoyable. 😊

We stayed at the Lodge while visiting family nearby. Anthony was a fantastic host. We had bread, butter and Jan on arrival and he stopped us a day into our stay and surprised us with a local bottle of apple juice which was delicious. There were 4 generations of us staying. The youngest was 3 and the oldest 96. Everybody had a fantastic time. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I have stayed in nearly 100 Airbnb’s and this is up there with one of the best! Down to the accommodation and the host themselves I had no faults Would highly recommend Top of our list if we ever need a place to stay in Dublin again Thank you

It was a lovely well equipped and comfy house. So convenient to public transport and the bonus of big shopping centre nearby (Blanchardstown). Mary was a very paitent and helpful host to my 80 year old mother who needed some support with technology. We would highly recommend this house and thank Mary for a wonderful stay.

Mary is a fantastic host! This is our second time staying here and it was as good as the first. House is fab, lots of space, beds are very comfy, spotlessly clean. There’s a lovely cafe (mad hatter) and restaurant (bread and beer) located just a short stroll away and lots of things to do in the vicinity (kilkea castle, Irish national stud and gardens and burtown house) too

My family and I enjoyed our stay here immensely. We visited with another couple and had a wonderful stay. House is big, clean, well organised and has everything you could possibly need. Tara was a joy to deal with and couldn't recommend it highly enough... especially when you have 6 kids running about.

It was a nice stay in Mary’s house. She had good recommendations for the area and was very attentive.

Niamh was very helpful and responsive to questions. She provided us with a long list of helpful suggestions regarding things to do and places to eat. The accommodation was clean and had everything we needed. It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood with pubs and restaurants a five minute walk away. The downtown with the historical sites, shopping, and eating is about a 20 to 25 minute walk and easy to do. We walked everywhere. My family and I highly recommend Niamh’s accommodation.

What a great house to stay at. Plenty of space in such a great location. Quiet and peaceful with the Blackrock town only a short walk away. Recommend the breakfast roll from On A Platter at the end of the block. Connie provided some unexpected staples making settling easy. She also put in a lot of effort to get the booking admin right for us. The beds were really comfortable which was quite welcome compared to other AirBnBs on our Europe holidays. We will be back. We chose Vaesna’s place for our family reunion (9 members aged 5-80) and it was perfect. Lots of common space, plenty of supplies, and enough bathrooms for everyone. The location on the outskirts of Dublin’s center city was also great: easily accessible via public transport, quiet, supermarkets and local restaurants nearby. Vaesna was a wonderful host: kind, proactive, and communicative. The listing was everything it promised to be and I would recommend this to anyone!

We had a lovely 3nights stay here. Everything was as described. Simon was great! So friendly & helpful! The kids and ourselves loved the ping pong game, found in a box of board games and quizzes! And my daughter loved the swing! Me & my son loved sitting in the corner of the garden in the mornings and enjoy a coffee. Would def recommend Simon & his home 😁

Our second stay with Margaret and had a lovely stay again. Highly recommended. Margaret is wonderful host and the house is in a lovely quiet area.
