The centre of Ironbridge is a 15 minute walk, perfect to take a stroll and explore the food stores, craft boutiques and eateries nestled alongside the beautiful River Severn. Recently refurbished, the apartment has a fully fitted kitchen and modern bathroom with a shower and bath (ideal for relaxing after a long day of walking/site seeing).

Our Cottage is located in the picturesque Village of Harley, at the foot of the Wenlock Edge. The property is less than 5 minutes drive to Much Wenlock and close to Ironbridge, Bridgnorth, Shrewsbury, Ludlow & Church Stretton -ideally placed for seeing the best bits of Shropshire. We are near to many great walks, National Trust/English Heritage locations and foodie highlights. We have lived in the County for 50+ years and are on hand to help and provide advice on where to visit & eat locally.

Beautiful flat in historic house near Ironbridge

Welcome! This is a wonderful 2 bedroom flat at the top of our (3 storey) Georgian house. The building is listed and the birthplace of Victorian author Mary Webb (hence the blue plaque on the front!). Although the flat is self contained you do have to walk through the main family house to reach it (as well as share the front door). We are happy to let you use the glorious garden with prior permission. There is everything you need and a local pub a short walk away! Thank you so much.

Enjoy the spectacular sunsets in the summer or during the autumn/winter months, the cottage becomes a wonderfully snug hideaway, with the woodburning stove making it the perfect place to curl up after exploring the local area. Not suitable for babies or toddlers.

It has been renovated in a quirky but comfortable style. 4 miles from the world heritage site of Ironbridge & 9 miles from Shrewsbury with a bus link & reliable taxi service to both. There's a fantastic pub just a 2 minute walk away, serving great food & selection of ales. The River Severn a 5 minute walk. The property comprises of a living room/kitchen with a log burner, double & single bedroom. There's an enclosed private garden with a hotub.

A romantic historic tower for 2

The Summerhouse Tower is a very special holiday-home-for-two set within the rolling Shropshire countryside. A Grade II listed tower, this unique, romantic retreat enjoys excellent views to the east, and views of the Shropshire Hills to the south and the west. The Tower, built circa 1607, was originally used as a banqueting house for entertaining dinner guests. Whilst the main house was destroyed by a fire, The Summer House is available for cosy stays throughout the year.

Boasting lovely views , a spacious open-plan ground floor with modern, well equipped kitchen, a lounge area with log burner and a double sofa bed. The first floor: bathroom with roll top bath, a master room with king sized bed and a second bedroom with twin single beds.

The School House, a charming 200-year old cottage.

Marnwood School House is a beautiful holiday cottage with bags of charm. The cottage dates back 200 years, where it was originally used as a school house for the poor but Reverend Bartlett in 1824. The property has been fully restored to an excellent standard, whilst still retaining its period character. The property is just a few minutes drive from Ironbridge, which offers lots of attractions and activities for all ages, as well as great places to eat.

The Coalbrookdale Arms is a friendly local pub, the Furnace Kitchen is great for breakfast with Ironbridge's many bars & restaurants close by.
