Great stay no complaints.

A decent stay for the low price, has everything you would need in your room apart from toilet/shower.

large property which was perfect for our needs whilst in Nottingham. Basic but clean and had responsive host. We would return to this property.

The host was really responsive and tried to make our stay as good as possible. What I didn't realise is that the place is on top of a restaurant, so will not be very quiet. I believe it is new host, so he is doing excellent so far. The place is small but tidy and excellent for short stays. We visited Leicester for a day and it is a good stay if you like the night life. But if you value your quiet night more than everything, I'll suggest a place a bit further away from the main streets. Overall I like the place and will recommend it for young people who want to explore the city and probably the night life there.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per qualche giorno e non possiamo che esprimere il nostro entusiasmo! L'host è stato sempre gentilissima e disponibile, rispondendo rapidamente a tutte le nostre domande e facendo in modo che il nostro soggiorno fosse il più confortevole possibile. L'appartamento è veramente carino, pulito e ben arredato, con un tocco moderno che si nota in ogni dettaglio, dato che è stato recentemente ristrutturato. La posizione è davvero ottima: in una zona vicina a tutte le principali attrazioni turistiche e ai trasporti pubblici, il che lo rende ideale per esplorare la città. Un'esperienza davvero positiva, torneremo sicuramente!

Great place to stay local to the city centre . The place was clean and had everything you need to make your stay complete. I’d defo stop here again

We celebrated my friend’s year sobriety at “the chicken place” (we nicknamed). It’s a home away from home, cosy quirky cottage! We had everything we needed and more, a cosy fire, plenty of bedrooms, lots of great games and the hosts left us some gorgeous treats (chocolates, biscuits, crisps and pop) which made our stay even better, we were overwhelmed. Chickens outside, hot tub and what made our stay even better - Kevin the cat!!!!! If you’re looking for the above, you should book!

Perfect location for a short weekend stay in Oakham/Rutland Water - 5 minute walk to the main high street and railway station. Spacious, functional home with everything you need. Easy to access and plenty of space to park 2 cars. Peaceful area and easy to find and access. Really comfy beds and all the facilities were clear and easy to use as well as being super clean. James was great at communicating and provided clear instructions without prompt. Would return and stay here again in the future.

The house was lovely. It was a perfect location and everything was as described. The only thing that could have been improved is the state of the garden and the fact that the living room didn’t have any blinds on the main big windows. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and house was very spacious.

Lovely quiet location. Excellent 4-bed conversion. Couple of the bedrooms quite cosy but 2 good bathrooms and we had a lovely stay. Alan very helpful and friendly. Recommended.

Ryan is excellent in hosting. He was welcoming and friendly. His place is very spacious, super clean and equipped with all things necessary. And the view of the city from his balcony was spectacular. Highly recommended!
