With a shared driveway, its own dedicated parking & private enclosed garden, it is situated in a secluded spot enjoying stunning countryside views. Enjoy the most magnificent sunsets as you kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Bring your wellies! There are many countryside walks from the from the doorstep!

The Horseshoe Lodge Superb lodge sauna & hot tub

Well equipped lodge in private grounds at Breedon on the Hill. Super cosy and insulated for winter breaks. Great walks, safe cycling route or for some peace, quiet and self isolation. Lodge has large bedroom en-suite with a separate shower, jacuzzi bath and sauna. Wonderful open plan kitchen dining and living room with exceptional views and private decking. Lodge is fully equipped plus fast broadband for working remotely. The village has 2 pubs and shop. Easy access to motorway.

The Barn

The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

Are you looking for a constant 5-* glamping experience with a difference? Come and spend time in our beautiful Shepherd hut, where you can relax in the hot tub with our 3 lovely Alpacas or hang out with Piggy Pop and Stardust. Don't be put off by the weather; you can be wrapped in a blanket or toast marshmallows on the log fire, reading a book, or watching our indoor Cinema. Conveniently located for the market town of Ashby-de-la-Zouch, with it’s Castle, country walks on the door step with the added bonus of a local Public House (The Black Lion) selling a selection of real ales, across the lane. This makes this the perfect place to explore the National Forest and everything it has to offer. Charging of electric vehicles by prior arrangement only, at an additional cost. Pets, you must inform us of breed prior to booking.

Located in the heart of rural Leicestershire, our luxury glamping pods are the perfect location for a country getaway. With a permenant double bed and the option of a second pull out double bed we cater for either a couple or group of four. Self catering facilities, a fully fitted shower room, a TV and WiFi combined with an extensive network of foot paths, bridle ways and national cycle routes makes our pods the perfect hub for your country escape.

Two bedrooms with shared bath / shower room. We allow up to 2 dogs. We also offer a fully enclosed half acre paddock for exercising them. No street lights so it is a perfect location for stargazing. Village pub 5 mins walk away. Local for Stamford, Belvoir Castle, and Burghley House.

The self contained annex is equipped with everything you might need to stay comfortably for a night or longer. Make the most of our outdoor space including garden dome, hot tub and one acre pet friendly garden. Afternoon tea now available to greet you on arrival, just ask us for our menu when you book.

Beautiful Conversion in Rutland Countryside

Come and stay in our lovingly converted barn in the middle of the Rutland countryside. Perfect for a quiet get-away with lots of walking and cycling from the doorstep. Set in a 3 acre plot of our family home, you will have access to a private garden at the rear of the property plus our orchard should you wish to bring 1 small - medium sized dog with you. Unfortunately, the property is not suited to large dogs.
